So if I want to RNG for IVs for Raikou, Entei, and Ho-Oh in HeartGold, I can just kill them all before the E4 and come back later to do that stuff, correct?
Is there a simple, easy way to beat the Voltorb Flip? I've tried everything, guides, calculators, and nothing works! In a whole night I've only got 108 coins.
So, battling a pokemon that gives 2 speed EVs actually gives 12 if I have pokerus and a power anklet? Could've sworn it'd be 8...No, it's 4 bonus EVs first before the Pokérus is applied. Pokérus is always applied last.
So 10 EVs is correct.

OK, thanks man.Yes, because it is always (X+4)*2 EVs, where X is the original number.
Does the Red Gyarados respawn after E4 if you KO it? (I think I read once that it does, but I want to be sure.)
Sorry if this has been asked here before.
Is the RNG in Sapphire/Ruby the same as Emerald? I saw some videos of RNGing in Emerald, but a friend is selling his Ruby and Sapphire games, so, I want to know if is worth to buy one of them for RNG.
For generation 4 (D P Pt HG SS), which are the maximum EVs available for a Level 20 trained pokemon for competitive battles if I want to improve two stats??

If I defeat Ho-oh in heartgold, and then beat the E4, does it re-spawn with different IVs?
Sorry for this, as I'm sure it's been asked millions of times.
Also, Happy Easter!
From what I've heard everything respawns, from Sudowodo, to Ho-Oh.

You've clearly heard wrong.
AFAIK, Suicune is the only one that respawns, nothing else.
And it _will_ have different IVs, right?
