Empoleon doesn't get STAB on Drill Peck..but otherwise Lucalibur is right, it's there to handle grass types since Empoleon has no physical Ice attacks.
 
oh, my bad, its just that he look like a bird so i though he got STAB on flying moves (just like random shit like blaziken getting brave bird)
 
31/6/31/30/30/31 are the ivs my celebi got and it can use hp fire 70 power just fine.

edit:god fucking dammit, empoleon is one freaking crazy bird.

I don't see why you would want to use physical attacks with a Bold Nature, so the last one should be your best bet.

@nick15: Explosion is not only good because it's a good last resort move, it also can be used to take out a particular Pokemon on your opponent's team so you can sweep with one of your own Pokemon. For example, you can use Heatran to lure your opponent's Blissey and kill it and then sweep with something like Latias. It can also be used to take out something that's set up on your opponent's team and is going to sweep you like Suicune.
 
Can Abamasnow learn role play? I recently saw this video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wVR2qkFjHSc&playnext_from=TL&videos=ZlhG9PVKuVc) and I was like "Holy shit that's broken" and I decided to check around to see if there were any bulkier pokemon that could do it, finding out in the process that serebii said that it could learn role play but bulbapedia and smogon saying the opposite... So which is right? Could somebody try to teach it Role Play? I have no BP to do so... T_T

Should be of note that serebii's list is probably wrong... this is judging by the fact that the whole list is incorrect; random things like bonsly and machop are on there, and that's not right...

Oh and out of curiosity can anybody find the move that actually applies to those pokemon (or if it's just random pokemon on the list)?

30 SpA, 30 Def, 30 Spe (with the others at 31) is possible for a method 1 Pokémon like Celebi at either seed 354F556C or 59BED521, giving HP Fire 70. That seems to be the best spread (you can't have HP Fire with flawless speed or with flawless SpA).

According to Bulbapedia's talk, Serebii's "list of Pokémon that learn Role Play by tutor" is actually a list of Pokémon that learn Magic Coat. I'm not sure how accurate that comment is, though.

If you actually read, you note that there is a discrepancy... Smogon says no and Bulbapedia says no, but serebii says yes... although smogon is almost 100% right, the thing that's always right is the game... so I need somebody to test it.
 
Where can I find some of the stat up berries that activate at 1/4 health in the 4th gen games? Cause I believe I have Liechi and Salac but I have no clue where to get Petaya.
 
Following on the sheer cold machamp questions that a previous poster had:

Is there any way, by calculating IVs or something, of knowing if a 3rd gen pokemon has ability 1 or 2, so you can decide if migrating or not?

Can I give a Power Item to one Pokemon and the Everstone to the female and it work when I am breeding?

Say I have Ditto in the Day Care w/ a female Marowak, and I am trying to pass Marowak's nature while passing an IV from Ditto, will it work?

And if not that, can I pass an IV from a Male Cubone while passing the nature from the female? Or do the Power Items + Everstone not work?
