Only the Pokémon holding the EV boosting item will get the boosted EVs, and since the guy holding Exp. share obviously isn't holding such an item it will only get the normal, unboosted EVs. If it had pokérus it would still get double EVs though.
 
What are the best places in Pearl to EV train the different stats? Could someone please tell me what routes and what pokemon to battle specifically? thanks

EDIT: Noobish111, and OU pokemon is a pokemon that is cometatively useful, ones that are most common in non-uber battles. Tyranitar and Blissely are very good examples.
 
Who came up with those names anyway? Obvioulsy Never Used wouldn't even be a tirer if no one used them. And I've seen a severe lack of Gardevoir, does that make her UU? No.

It's probably in relation to usage Standard play (e.g. you'll never see a Luvdisc in Standard play, unless it was a joke team), as well as power.

This is a random question, but who came up with the "Fat" thing when quoting somebody's message? Was it some sort of joke about Steelicks that spiraled out of control? I've searched the Forum FAQs and nothing came up.
 
Not regarding IV's, Bold is the best for Cresselia, and Modest is the best for Palkia, right?

Does Lum Berry cure infatuation? I'm fairly sure it cures confusion, so I'm guessing it does cure infatuation as well, but I need to be certain. Also, it doesn't prevent flinching, m i rite? Or any other afflictions such as Cursed (the Ghost version) or Torment, as they are not true status effects....
 
should i give my arcanine an adamant or jolly nature? he's gonna have maxed speed and atk EVs, but is there anything that a jolly nature would let him outspeed? he's running extremespeed, but is that enough to give him an adamant nature?
 
On Breloom, its good with an ability it can have, Poison Heal. Basically it works like Leftovers, but he can't be statused since he's already technically poisoned.
The Toxic Orb can also be used on Guts/Quick Feet/Facade users who will be switching in and out a lot (I think that initially the Poison does less than the Burn, only until after a certain turn does the Poison damage equal, then surpass the Burn damage)
 
This generation, Breloom gets a new ability called Poison Heal, where being poisoned heals it instead of damaging it, twice as much as Leftovers would iirc. Combine that with Leech Seed and thats a good chunk of health restored. Add in Facade and you have a very good combo.
 
Is Nasty Plot a good move for a Paraflinch Togekiss, I was thinking about using this moveset...

Thunder Wave
Air Slash
Nasty Plot
Roost

I know that a Rock/Ground and Steel Pokemon totally counter that Moveset, but should I just get rid of Nasty Plot for Aura Sphere, or should I get rid of Roost for Aura Sphere? Would my Togekiss last very long without Roost? And sorry if this is the wrong place to ask these type of questions.
