From what I've found, people really like Spiritomb's, as it's kinda hard to get. You can get almost anything you want on the GTS for one.
If a Rhyhorn was pal parked, will it's ability change (if it actually happens) when it's a rhyhorn turning into rhydon or rhydon turning into rhyperior? If it's when it turns to Rhydon then can it change evolving into rhyperior? If it only changes when it evolves into Rhydon can I evolve it then restart until it evolves and has rock head?
Try Kangaskhan or Corsola.
Rhyhorn's ability will change (50% chance) during evolution.
You can't save/reload to get different results.
Put a 100 in HP and Speed, and the rest in SpDef. Make it an Agiligross.

If a berry is used in a Wifi battle/Battle Tower battle, is it gone forever, or do you get it back after the battle?
And if a Battle Tower (Mental/Power/White) Herb is activated (anywhere, including wifi/bt) is it gone forever, or do you get it back after the battle?

The items only get used up in-game. So in BT\WiFi you get them back.

No. Every Pokemon holding the Exp. Share gets the same EVs, not counting Pokerus.

Yup.
While obviuslynot as good as garchomp, salamence, dragonite, etc. Flygon eems like a pretty good pokemon to me. Particularly given its typing and the levitate ability, I guess the most glaring weakness on Flygon is his weakness to ice. Any thoughts?
Well, Levitate isn't that hot if the Pokemon isn't weak against ground to begin with. Most other Levitaters have a weakness to Ground of some sort, making it more useful than Levitate on Flygon.
Other than Flygon being able to learn Bug moves... or as a low-quality Sunnybeamer, I personally can't think of any moveset that will set it apart from Garchomp.

Okay, so I've just gotten Pearl and I'm using a male Shinx in my party thus far. All well and good, however every so often in battle when I command him to attack he pauses and makes a charging sound with circles radiating from the middle of his sprite before resuming with, say, Tackle. I don't know what it is - it doesn't seem like a glitch and it can't be his Rivalry trait (he's also done this against girls). I /think/ it's making his attacks slightly more powerful, but I wouldn't stake much on that.
Help is very much appreciated.

Muscle Belt makes physical attacks 10% stronger while Expert Belt makes Super Effective attacks 20% stronger according to the Item Description Thread.
