But on the FR/LG item page: http://www.serebii.net/red_green/items.shtml it says it lowers accuracy by 5%.

My best guess is Nintendo changed the effect for DP. (either that or a serebii mistake!)

edit: it wouldn't be the first time in game text was wrong.

Can anyone clarify if Lax Incense lowers accuracy or crit chance?

Catch a Male Smeargle, or breed for one. Enter a double battle. Use Fire Punch and let Smeargle sketch it.

Now breed that smeargle with a charizard/charmander/charmeleon.
 
I want to battle with a friend in the battle tower, but what if I am from the US and he's from the UK, can it work?
 
me and my bro r going to get PBR tomorrow and i have a couple of question's.

1.when we get the game can we play right away on the wii???

2.also how can you play on the wii with our DS's as a controller???
 
Ok, so. I have 6 ditto's, all with perfect 31/31/31/31/31/31 stats. Now, Im trying to breed a good bold Hypnosis Feebas. How would i get the best stats possible? Breed it with a female Feebas? Or what? (just hatched a Feebas with the same IV's as the first feebas, which was male.

First off, HAXOR!!!

You would breed it with a Feebas that has somewhat desirable stats you want on the final product.

Then, just hope that Def, HP, and S. Atk will be passed down from either of them (or whatever stats you want on them).

That, or get SlakingMaster to make you something.

It's already guaranteed. 3 IVs are randomly picked from the parents (you can't choose which parent passes down which IVs) and they stay the same.

Basically, the IVs of both parents are chucked in one of those bingo machines that shoots out random balls, and the first three random balls it pulls out are instantly put on the baby.
 
I'm at a loss for which Togepi to use.

Togepi #1 (Modest)
HP: 30
Attack: 24 (=/)
Defense: 31
SAtk: 10 (
depressed.gif
)
SDef: 5
Speed: 28

Togepi #2 (Calm)
HP: 24
Attack: 9
Defense: 19
SAtk: 28
SDef: 14
Speed: 31

Which is better? The only true reason I'm asking is because #1 has Hustle, and the Defenses of #3 are a little too low for me. If Hustle does what I think it does an lowers the accuracy of only physical Attacks, then I will probably use the first one.

Edit: No, I cannot "rebreed" to get different Togepi because I didn't not bree dfor these at all. These are both shiny Togepi that I got through the use of the PokeRadar, and I would really like to use at least one of them.

In the Mt. Coronet waters in a similar way to it was in RSE.
 
Interesting... Because 2 feebas's I bred inherited the 15/15/15/15/15/15 of the first feebas (the other parent was a straight 31 hacked ditto)
