Where's the best place to level up a pokemon with only one attacking move? Where's the best place to level up wobbuffet?
 
I've been breeding Chanseys all weekend and the two best I've hatched so far are (speed last):

31/29/31/8/10/29

or

30/24/8/31/29/29

The moveset I'll be using is:

-Seismic Toss
-Ice Beam
-Softboiled
-Sing

I hate the SPATK on the first one, but I also hate the DEF on the second one. Which one should I keep and EV train? I'm going crazy breeding these Chanseys.
 
Does anybody know the damage breakdowns for Wring Out? Its an attack learned at a fairly high level by some pokes, so I'm interested in how effective it is...

im currently training a flygon with:

Flygon - #328 (Naughty)
HP: 25
Att: 26
Def: 27
SpA: 31
SpD: 15
Speed: 13

as its IVs,

its gonna have earthquake/u-turn/draco meteor and roost.

im mid way through its EV training to get the EVs 252 atk/120spA/126spd, since its speed is so horrible should i make it 200 atk/120spA/180 spd?
 
I'm working on a Porygon for a Simple Sweeper, His IVs are

HP:27
Atk:27
Def:16
SpA:29
SpD:13
Speed: 18
Modest and Haven't started EVs yet... But do you think it will turn out good?
 
I just got a shiny charmander and its a careful nature. should i even bother with it. I have always wanted a shiny charizard. should i just go with it and try to do the best with what i got.

Enter from Celestic town, it's the foggy area on the way to Route 217.

I need to get a legendary, but already got it so I can't SR. Any way of getting them? Would GTS work at all? I don't know hwo to clone my Good IV pokemon for trade...
 
question, what happens with choice scarf transform?

you cant seriously be locked into transform unless you transform into something with transform right?

Cool thanks for that, I got it.

Here's the exact location: when you get to the sandy area, surf down on the left side (you should see a row of trees). When you get to the end of the row of trees, talk to the left side of the last tree and you'll find the PP Max.
