Oh. I'm sorry, I didn't know about that. I've never actually used the berries in practice. That makes more sense.

i thought it was proven that it's actually 25%, making the percentages 150% and 300% instead

Unless you have 101-109 EV's, then it reduces them by 10 like normal.
 
Can a genderless pokemon pass down natures via breeding. Say I give a Porygon an everstone, will it's nature be passed down or does it have to be on the ditto?
 
What role does standard Tangrowth serve (As in what does it counter?) I've been trying to breed one, but I just can't get a good one, so I was thinking of replacing it with something that serves the same purpose :pirate:
 
My Ditto has an Attack IV of 31.
My Aipom has a Speed IV of 31.

When I bred, I got an Aipom that thrashes about [31 Attack], and his Speed IV is 30-31. What are the chances he has 30; not 31? And would he make a better parent than the other one [since he would have 2 stats with 31].

I believe it serves as a Physical Wall, i.e. Gyarados. Apparently it's a 3HKO with Ice Fang, and Power Whip does around 40% (Un-Intimidated).

That's really all I've heard on it.

@Scarlet Spyder: They do the same amount. Razor Claw is just there to evolve Sneasel.

Pretty high, as the chance that it is actually 30 would mean it got it randomly, as opposed to 31, where it could easy inherit it.

And yes, it would be the superior parent with two flawless IVs.

6 and 2 definetely.

Then when you get a good child bring in Ditto?

Maybe bring in Ditto with #6, and then use 2 to fix potential screw-ups.

Tangrowth does have Leech Seed and can induce double status [Sleep Powder/Stun Spore], has Knock Off and a possibility of healing even more with Morning Sun as well.

If your Aimpom is 31 than the chances are it's 31.
 
If your pokemon is holding a Power Anklet, and you kill a Shinx, you get one attack EV, but does it still add the 4 speed EV's form the item? So you get 1 attack EV and 4 speed EV's?
