Did I calculate this correctly or do you multiply the next number after the defense curl like 2x480 than 6x960? If not, can you show me how it is calculated.

No +2 on a Bibarel is equal to +4 normally, and +3 equal to +6. Therefore for Bibarel:

1 Defense Curl(+2) = 2 x 240def = 480
2 Defense Curl(+4) = 3 x 240def = 720
3 Defense Curl(+6) = 4 x 240def = 960

That is right unless I am completely mistaken.
 
...The nature infuriates me, but it has good IVs this time:

Palkia - #484 (Quirky)
HP: 20 - 22
Att: 9 - 11
Def: 7 - 8
SpA: 30 - 31
SpD: 31
Speed: 30 - 31

Keep or Can?

Egg moves are passed down by males only; not females. I assume that'd be the problem. That, or it doesn't have Ice Shard anymore. You might wanna double-check.

What's Grass Rope? Some play on words on Grass Knot?

Grass Rope was the translated name that was originally used until Nintendo gave the name of the official move, Grass Knot
 
Tri-Attack is said to have a 10% chance for burn, paralysis and freeze . . . does this mean 10% chance for one out of the three . . . .or a total of 30% chance that one of them will occur . . . . which means with Serene Grace a total of 60% . . . was just curious.

Serebii is wrong. Tri Attack has a 20% total percentage of inflicting a status effect, and each status (Burn, Paralysis, Freeze) have an equal chance of occurring. Serene Grace increases the total percentage to 40%.
 
Has Nintendo removed the cloning glitch? Correct me if I am wrong, I can't seem to be able to clone pokemon on the GTS efficiently lately
 
Ok i was ev training my monkey buy killing fearows and nraticate for spee,then I accidently killed a bannette. Ok bannete gives 2 in attack so i didnt have to turn it off(doing attk next on it) but i had a power anklet. I need to know if i still got 4 speed evs even tho i didint kill a speed ev poke.

Yeah, you got 4 Speed EVs and 2 Attack EVs.
 
I had a few questions...

I'm not sure if I can ask this here, but:

1) Why is the mixed Raindra set given a Lonely nature as opposed to say, a neutral one?

2) Can Focus Sash/band let you survive your own Explosion/SD?

1) It's the Mixed set, right? It's for Waterfall, which is now a physical attack.

2) No, it only protects against an opponent's or partner's attack, not yours.
 
K, I was pretty sure about the Explosion thing, but my friend brought it up so I figured I'd check anyway.


But, why bring up attack? If he's mixed, doesn't he need Sp Attack just as much, especially since he has more Special moves on him (Dragon Pulse and Surf, as opposed to just Waterfall). And Defense just seemed like a random thing to lower.

Blissey is the reason for the Attack Raise. It's Lonely for the same reason that Electivire can be Lonely, it has to switch in on things it's resistant to, most of which are Special. Not sure on this, though.

Someone please answer this, I have a trade with shadyback and I need to know if I will have to have my Sneasel cloned via a AR
