When you baton pass, do you baton pass the move, for example "Agility".
Or does it baton the stats that have changed, for example "Ninjask used Agility with 416 so it double and gains 416 speed. Does it pass the 416?

It passes the move. If Ninjask uses Agility and then Baton Passes, the recipient will recieve the +2 speed boost Ninjask gained from Agility.

erm then is there some kind of "unofficial" tier list? You talk like there exists one.
I've been noticing while reading analyses, alot of OU/BL/UU's and stuff
 
Well, there's the Smogon one for OU and Ubers, but that you seem to have found already.

I haven't found any of BL and lower yet.

But like, when you see UU in an analysis, you can assume it's anything that's not from the OU list previously mentioned, at least.

The only one I've even seen tried of BL and lower is on serebii and that got so many flames and people trying to up their favorites its kinda died.

Question.... I though U-turn failed when there was no pokemon to Uturn to but I just encountered a crobat on PBR wifi that used it successfully with no members to Uturn to...
Is this one of those, "It happens in PBR but not in D/P" or is it like that for D/P too?

They are pokemon specific... Soul dew is only for latios or latias
Lustrous orb is Palkia only.
Light Ball is Pickahu only.
Period, end of sentence, noone else can benefit from them.

You can buy the pinch berries (except for Liechi) in Colosseum or XD for 15000 PokeCoupons. The bonus disk Jirachi holds either Salac or Ganlon, and a shiny Zigzagoon distributed a while back held a Liechi Berry.

There's also a Liechi berry on RSE's Mirage island, I believe. Though your chances of getting there are pretty low.
