Can a Pokemon with Scrappy hit a Ghost with a Fighting Move? Or is it only normal moves?

If fighting moves work, a miltank would be pretty good...Find a way to pass belly drum, (have a focus sash, and endure just incase) and reversal would own....

How do you get a Clefable with Seismic Toss and Magic Guard? The only way I know to get Seismic Toss on it is to transfer it from FR/LG.

So, I guess perhaps a better question would be: would a Cleffa/Clefairy/Clefable transferred from FR/LG ever change traits from Cute Charm to Magic Guard?

If so, what's the chance of it happening? If not, how else can I get Seismic Toss and Magic Guard?

It IS possible, you have to transfer, and if its SID or something is odd, I think its ability changes, but you cannot figure out its SID besides by using a cheating device.

Is this the SID that is unique to each game? If so, does that mean that I could transfer 100 Cleffa's from my Sapphire and none of them would change abilities?

I guess what I'm asking is, if it doesn't change the first time, it's not going to change ever, right? If I wanted to get one, I would have to hatch it on another cart, transfer to FR/LG, teach it Seismic Toss, then Pal Park it and pray that it works for that cartridge. Correct?

Its random for each pokey.

At what point does a base stat become above average? I know there are type considerations etc, but in general is there a standard? I read it was 65 on GameFAQs guide for adv. but with new moves/items this seems REALLY low.

Any answer?

what is returns max power if you pokemon fully loves you?
also, how much hp would a substitute have if your poke has 502 hp?

ok thanks anyone know about the sub question?

502 / 4 == 125.5 + floor == 125

'Floor' means to round down. It is applied to your stats any time there is a decimal/fraction/remainder.

If you wanted to be able to sub down do a berry, you would need your HP to be 500 or 504 so each sub would be exactly 25%.

Bulky means it takes hits well. "Bulky Water" is something like Swampert or Slowbro.

My question:
How does the WiFi trade thing work where you get Pokemon who need to be traded without actually trading? (Like getting a Machamp by putting it into WiFi or something.)
I can't find it on either Serebii or Smogon, my two main Pokemon resources.
