One more question I would like to know(to check the pokes I have recieved) if a pokemon is bred with hacked parents is there any way to know/figure this out?
 
Since I have a Charizard with 31 HP, I was wondering what HP EVs I should invest so its divisible for the Substitute set? Where I use Belly Drum and Substitute so I can be at 25% to recieve the speed boost from a petaya berry?

No, you can't tell since the IVs can't really be checked and the pokemon was generated "legitimately" in game.
 
How is possible breeding Clefable with Softboiled and Magic Guard?
Are Move Tutors passable through breeding?

Move tutors don't pass through breeding. To get a magic guard clefable w/ softboiled, teach a clefairy in FR/LG, pal park it, and pray that cute charm turns to magic guard when you evolve it in D/P.

They get SBoiled from Emerald then they trade it as a Clefairy or Cleffa to d/p and they evolve it to Fable. There is a chance it becomes Magic Guard or Cute Charm
 
What's the best nature for a Umbreon with this moveset:

Payback, Curse, Wish, something else

Should it have Careful or Impish nature?
 
is smogon.com:81 not working for everyone, or just me? It worked before.

Oh and on the checking the bred shiny thing, other than making sure it has legal Egg moves, it's in the right Ball, its stats are not all 31, etc. there's not much to check.

kk thanks. Just wait I've been breeding for a month and a half already for a shiny competitive pokemon. I will not reveal it's identity here(obviously else someone copies me). I'm releasing the Sneasel btw just to be sure

are the 31's really that important?? i mean, i could get like a 25+ or something and its still be good right?

Based on remaining PP (no STAB) only. STAB Trump Card and Life Orb could wreck havoc on Blissey. Too bad no one gets TC

Eevee gets it at level...50+ something. 57? Which automatically means all of the Eons have the potential to get it.

I can think of a few ways Glacieon/Espeon would wreak havoc with that, plus maybe a few S.ATK boosts BP'd from something...but yeah.

Last one: if Dratini (in the situation 2) was in the battle, switched out to Gible, and Gible defeated the Sneasel, would Dratini get more EV's since it was involved in the battle even w/ EXP share? Or just more EXP.?

If that got confusing, reply and I'll try to rephrase. Don't wanna screw up my Ev's!
