Question related to breeding: If I want my Slowbro to have thunderwave, slack off, surf, and ice beam, do I have to breed it in emerald, or can I get this moveset on diamond?

Is it true that Emerald RNG for the Regi's is screwed up or something?
It's screwed up for EVERYTHING, but you just notice it when soft-resetting for the legends/Beldum/starters. So yeah, you got completely lucky with your Modest Rayquaza and I envy you for that ;[

No, it's completely possible to get a good legendary (Regi, Rayquaza, Deoxys, MissingNo....), but the IV/Nature spreads (either the good and the bad ones) will repeat themselves a lot.
And yes, the Ruby/Sapphire Generator is normal. I believe it's better to reset there.
Correct me if im wrong, but I believe the rngs ivs are universal, meaning you could get a registeel with my regirocks ivs etc.
Crap...just crap...so I should buy Ruby for good Groudon's, Sapphire for good Kyogre's, no version for Rayquaza, and Ruby / Sapphire for the Regi's...wow...I'm pissed...I mean, I'd classify the legends I've caught as pretty good, but the fact that they could have been better...

Calm down, Yoko. You CAN get good legends in Emerald, it's just a little more difficult. No need to buy a game for just one legend.
And yes, MissingNo. is in all games. I don't know exactly how to get it in GSC, you need Master Ball and walkthrough code in RS (I believe Emerald too), it glitches your game in FR/LG, and I saw a video with him in a japanese Pearl (but don't know how to get it).

Like Mario has said twice, it IS possible to get good legends (check my regirock, r2d2-rules! regice etc, they were obtained in emerald), but you will get a lot of the same pokemon, and a lot of them with bad iv combinations due to the limited values the rng gives out. I believe R/S/FR/LG handles the rng differently, and so you have a better chance at random ivs everytime.

As Surgo's analysis doesn't have an "EVs" section (as I see it; I could be blind), I have a question about Infernape. Why does he need 232 speed EVs? Garchomp's max is 333 (and with the spread Surgo suggests, Infernape has 341 speed). Lopunny (and other base 105s) have 339 speed. Does anyone know the answer here?
Hey, it's possible to get some really good monsters in Emerald. Look at the Regice in my sig. Only took me like 30 minutes of SRing. And my starter was a Timid Treecko with 31 Speed. I only had to SR once. Not too shabby if you ask me.

I got through Emerald in only 15 hours. I went through mega underleveled, and relied on hax to win the Champion battle. CH Leaf Blades FTW!
I beat it in 18 hours. I beat the Elite 4 with Swampert and Swellow only =D
No items on either of them just had Hyper Potions and Revives.
No, I didn't Ice Beam Salamence. I Rock Tombed him. Why? Because I didn't want to waste Ice Beam. If I wasted it then, I wouldn't be able to clone it and send it to Diamond.
Swampert and Swellow owned the whole league, believe it or not.
