Competitor is the new battle simulator being developed by the Admins of this site. It will be completely superior to Wi-Fi battling, so no one will need to use that forum anymore.
 
A bit of a dumb one, but:

When SRing for Cresselia, must you have the Syncher in the front of the party when you meet it initially for the Nature to be influenced (or is it not possible to influence the nature) and it starts running? Or can it be done when you encounter it after it has start running?

Also, when are the IVs set?

Synchronizers don't work on Mesprit and Cresselia. Cressliea's IVs and natures are set when you first talk to it on Fullmoon Island.

So basically, if I wanted to keep on catching different Cresselia, I'd have to save in front of it, talk to it, go hunting for it, and if I don't like it when I catch it, reset, right?

Bull. You can't beat the real thing, and for that reason the WiFi boards will always be active.
 
If you activate Quick Feet,and dispose of the status(don't switching the poke though)),the "speed up" will be there?Or it disappears?
If don't,yhen maybe Granbull has some use(Quick Feet and Heal Bell)
 
Does the Eon Ticket work in Emerald...?

Actually, since I'm already asking, can someone tell me what events are in Emerald and LeafGreen? Because if I ever get a GBA AR, I might be able to get some events...

Another question, does a GBA AR work in a DS, in the GBA slot? I remember someone answering this, but I forgot...

Leaf Green has the islands where Ho-oh, Lugia and Deoxys live. Emerald has these, plus Latiwhatever at Southern Island and Mew.

If I buy a device, I want to know which works better, so which do you recommend?

Action Replay for the DS and GBA VS. GameShark for the DS and GBA .
 
I want my Cresselia to be a mixed wall. I was thinking about:

Cresselia@Leftovers
Reflect / Thunder Wave
Charge Beam
Ice Beam
Moonlight / Rest
evs: 252 HP / 128 Def / 130 Sp.Def

Wall needs a recovery move, and Cress gets acess to Moonlight. But due to the large amout of Tyranitar and SS, perhaps Rest is a better option. Reflect/Thunder Wave are to cripple sweepers, Charge Beam gives her a chance to up her Sp.Atk and sweep, and Ice Beam adds great coverage.

Any improvements?
 
I just caught this Relaxed, Morning Sun, Tangela and was wondering if I should keep it due to the High HP:
HP: 30 - 31
Att: 27 - 29
Def: 4 - 6
SpA: 7 - 9
SpD: 10 - 13
Speed: 24 - 26

For the people that have good explanations for my question. Is it worth to buy an AR or not? Sometimes my cloners aren't on and I really need to clone my Pokemon from that instant. Like Epiphany. I never had my clones because my cloners weren't on at the time. Later, I found out he doesn't go on the forums nomore. So I can't get his Pokemon anymore... So its it worth to have an AR and stuff just for cloning? Is it worth the money?
 
Dalevl: Look in the "look at what I just bred" thread. But, no... I don't think you should keep it, the defense is too low.

I don't know if this counts as a simple question, but what nature Dialga should I reset for? I don't do ubers, so I have no preference, but I still don't want to waste my chance on Dialga (since I don't want to play through Diamond again...). Anyway, my choices are...

Timid for the Specs set.
Jolly for the Band set.
Careful for the Bulk Up set.
Calm for the stall set.

IDK. I'll go with Timid if no one answers.

The low defenses aren't really made up by near perfect/perfect HP though. =(
