With good prediction she does fine. She's a bit too fragile to lay down both sets of spikes without a [hail]storm going on around her, but she could probably at least get one down with her ghost typing on the switch and then dbond the counter away if nothing else.
 
Please someone tell me I'm doing something wrong...the Everstone effect has only worked twice in over 2 dozen hatches...am I doing everything right?

If its a Male and Female, put the Everstone on the Female.
If its a Ditto and a Female, put the Everstone on the Female.
If its a Ditto and a genderless Pokemon, put the Everstone on Ditto.

Otherwise if your doing everything correctly, you have real bad luck.
 
I've heard rumors that if both father and mother have the same nature, the everstone doesn't work for some odd reason. I can't verify if that's true or not myself.

Also, this is Emerald or D/P right?
 
This is D/P. and no, the mother and father have different natures. They are two monsters of the same type (example a male and female Charmander).

The female is holding the Everstone.

I've been breeding for a few days straight...I've only gotten 2 Jolly ones...
 
And another question is how do I SR while breeding? I save before talking to the grandpa right? I did that, but kept getting a bunch of Hasty's over and over and over.
 
Fudge...alright thanks...but are you sure even if the parents forget the egg moves, the babies will stay getting them even if the lady takes them out?

Hmm...I think I heard once that if you use a Pokemon from a different region, the Everstone thing doesn't work (meaning you're using a Japanese female, or a European one, or w/e). That's the only thing I can think of.

Is one of them from a different language game? The Everstone won't work if the parents are from different language games. And Too_Hungry made a small mistake. When it's Female+Ditto, the Everstone goes on Ditto.

And a question I've asked before: In one of the guides for D/P (which I mainly got for an offline Pokedex and the pretty pictures lol) it says that if Palkia or Dialga fled (which I don't think can happen, Roar/WW?) it'll show up again after you finish the story. Anyone willing to do some testing on this? It could be a way to SR for them if you want to finish the main game first. Then again, this is the same guide that recommends Iron Ball Fling Weavile.
 
Yoko: Save before talking to the egg man. Then the egg he's currently will have the same gender, nature, and ability every time, but with different IVs.
 
I'm pretty sure that the nature would be locked in at that point, but I'm not dedicated enough to replay either diamond or pearl to find out.

Neither were hacked I'm 99.99999% sure, obviously not trick room, choice band on dugtrio

I have a level 5 Ralts with a Jolly Nature and Synchronize. I'm SRing infront of a Rayquaza in Emerald. The Rayquaza's nature has yet to be Jolly after around 20 tries. What am I doing wrong?
 
How in the world is Honchkrow supposed to get Icy Wind for it's moveset? It has it listed on it's page on it's Analysis page, but I looked on Serebii and found Icy Wind NOWHERE, unless I am pitifully inept. I looked on Murkrow's. I look at their Egg Moves and everything. No Icy Wind. So please, someone tell me how it gets Icy Wind. :(
