What is the easiest way to get Destiny Bond on a Mismagius/Misdreavus?

I'm trying to aim for an HP Fighting Misdreavus w/ Hidden Power & Destiny Bond. What's the best way to get that?
 
I'm upgrading my Houndoom's moveset, and I need a fourth move.

Used to be Substitute, and the FS was a Lum Berry.

I am NOT breeding for HP Ice/Fighting/whatever.

Also, I was just in a battle and some guy's Gallade's CC did over 50% to my Skarm. No critical hit. Skarmory is Impish, I don't know what Gallade's nature is. I'm suspicious...do you agree?

Wow or counter if you have that.
 
The only way I know you protect from Sandstorm with a non Rock/Ground/Steel is tracing Sand Veil.
Not sure about Sandstream, but I don't think so.
 
I would like to restate as my question has been ignored:
What is the Fighting Arceus set that Jibaku is known to use?
Remember, Obi's anti-Arceus complaints don't matter.
 
I'm uncertain about something. In fact, I'm worried.

For the past 3 weeks, all my Swarm Pokemon
(I just noticed) have included just Absol, Krabby, Snubbull, and something else I think. Not only that, but that Mansion dude's Pokemon have had some Porygon now and then...


I'm worried that my game is screwed up. At least, the time.

I'm gonna pay attention and see what happens, if it happens again next week with the same Pokemon. If this is the case, and not extremely bad luck... I dunno what I'm gonna do.... I want a Nosepass. :( Oh, and I want some Eevee from Mansion Man, too!

If my game IS screwed up on time.... what do I do? Anything?

This is with my Diamond game. I was gonna get another Pearl tomorrow. (Yeah I already have one.)

Please help, if you can.
 
I'm trying to breed Porygons for my thread. Right now, I have a Porygon with 31 DEF and 31 Sp. Atk. I have a Ditto with 31 HP and 31 Sp. Atk.

Will I be able to egt a Porygon with 31 of HP, DEF and Sp. Atk? Also, how can I go about imporving the special defense? Is it based solely on luck, or will I be confined to the 16 or 18 they have right now?

if you want high sp.def it will be based on luck
 
i think that traced sand veil does grant imunity from sandstorm, as i know for a fact that cactune (a non-rock, ground or steel) takes no sandstorm damidge
