Can anyone explain Speed Priority to me?

Quick Attack has a speed priority of 1.
Aqua Tail has a speed priority of 0.
Avalanche has a speed priority of 252.

By looking at that I would think Aqua Tail would be faster. I got this info from Serebii and I know there are alot of inaccurate information when it comes to battling on their site.

You can level up your Pokemon and remember to record your EVs or the other option is to have a ton of Rare Candy and level them up and then soft reset once you get your stats. The one IV calculator by Metalkid is awesome for using Rare Candy. http://www.metalkid.info/Pokemon/Default.aspx

I plan on adding a Sub passing Bolt/Beam (hp ice) Jolteon to my team. I was wondering, should I modify my Gengar to work better with Jolteon? Right now it's a ScarfGar. Is sub passing to a scarfed Gengar not as effective as say, wide lens or expert belt gengar? Currently my Gengar is: Destiny Bond/Shadow Ball/Focus Blast/HP Ice

Well IMO battonpassing to Choiced pokes is never a good idea. You'll be forced to switch and loose all your hard work after one attack... Wide Lense would work well if you ran hypnosis over Destinybond, as it also helps focus blast.

If you have a pokemon who has been taunted, but is asleep, will turns it is asleep count as turns for the taunt? In other words, can tanut wear off while a pokemon is asleep?

The general rule is: You touch it with hack (Pokesav, Hacked parents), it's not really acceptable.

However, most people do accept AR cloned Pokemon.

When you use a berry in a Wi-Fi battle or in PBR, is it lost forever or can you use it over and over. I have a drifblim with a petaya berry, and its the only petaya berry i have. Im just checking if i should plant it to grow some more....
