What IVs do I need to get Hidden Power to be a Dark, Steel, Ghost, Rock and Dragon?

For hidden power 70, all stats need to be divisible by 4 +2 or 3, like 31 and 30.

Hidden power Dark 70 needs odd iv's that are divisible by four with three left over, i.e. 31/31/31/31/31/31 or 27/31/23/27/31/31.

Hidden power Steel 70 needs odd iv's in special attack and speed divisible by 4 +3; except special defense every other stat should be divisible by 4+3.

ex. 31/31/31/31/30/31 or 26/31/3/7/22/31

Hidden Power Ghost 70 needs odd iv's in speed and sp. atk as well as attack, all the others should be even. ex. 30/31/30/31/30/31 or 26/23/2/3/10/31

Hidden power Rock 70 requires hp and special attack to be odd, the others should be even. ex. 31/30/30/31/30/30 or 23/22/26/3/14/18

Hidden power Dragon 70 is acheived with an even number for defense and odd numbers for the rest. ex. 31/31/30/31/31/31 or 23/19/18/27/31/7.

More info can be found in Peterko and X-Act's breeding guides.

Random question and I don't know if its supposed to be here or not but I'll ask anyways: Can anyone give me the link of a master list of DS games (all DS games that came out so far)?

sorry if this has been asked before, but is there a reliable damage calculator that does not require IRC knowledge or downloading of software?

i've been using MetalKid's for months and recently discovered that it doesn't do such a good job with including abilities into its calculations (for instance, Modest Porygon-Z using HyperBeam did the same damage to standard Blissey with and without Adaptability).

I'm not sure if my Feraligatr is in level 58+, but if so, then I have it.

Where is Dratini in DP?
I know it's in a waterfall in Mt.Coronet, but I can't find this Waterfall...

Samson: I wrote one for Macs a few days ago. PM me if you want it.

Is this an overspecific "Cress-Bliss" counter or is it actually not awful?

"Pontus"
Gengar (♂) @ Black Sludge
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP/92 Atk/164 SDef
Gentle nature (+SDef, -Def)
- Substitute
- Focus Punch
- Taunt
- Shadow Ball
---

Unboosted Ice Beams from either won't break the Sub even with max Special Attack, and it takes 3 boosts for Charge Beam to break it (1 boost Ice Beam will) with 249 SAtk. Taunt stops their healing, while Focus Punch and Shadow Ball will hurt them both.

Is bright powder a legal competitive item in D/P?
Just a quick q, I wasn't sure.:toast:

Barely, but yes. I really think Evasion Clause should include it, but as of now it doesn't. Have fun with your Sub/Brightpowder Garchomp/Gliscor/Whatever.

on the damage calc, no i don't have mac. but thanks.

on your set, i think the HP evs and the nature would be enough to allow it to survive an ice beam. concerning for max sp atk evs is a little much. besides, shadow ball won't be doing enough damage to cress without some sp atk evs, as it continues to boost its sp atk with charge beam. besides that, i like the set. i run a very similar gar set, but it runs thunderbolt over taunt in fear of skarmory and gyarados.

Are fossils like eggs, where the nature is set when you give the fossil to him, and IVs generated when you pick it up? So I can save, give him the fossil, check it's nature, and then if I like it SR until it's IVs are good?
