Hey, I was thinking about doing a team using Scrafty as my physical sweeper and Latias as my special sweeper, would anybody tell me useful teammates for a said team, or which pokes I should lookout for?

Thanks!

Can I use Blastoise in RU? or is it UU now?

I believe that, except for when things are banned, tiers only update every three months. Since the next update will be after the July usage stats come out, that would mean that Blastoise would still be legal in RU at least until then. However, if you want to test that, just go onto the Pokemon Online server (since they're currently hosting Smogon until the Smogon server goes back up) and try to enter the Smogon RU tier. If you can, it's legal. If you can't and Blastoise is why, it's no longer allowed.

Okay, I decided to go with a different set for Gardevoir, would this one work?
Gardevoir @ Sitrus Berry
Bold|Trace
126 HP/80 Def/52 SpA/60 SpD/192 Spd
Will-O-Wisp
Psychic
Icy Wind
Destiny Bond
Meant to get decent temporary speed boost when Icy Wind is used. Destiny Bond for obvious reasons. Will-O-Wisp to cripple non-Guts physical attackers, and Psychic for STAB. This was built to have some decent bulk. Plus to survive a +1 non-Dragon Gem boosted Dual Chop from Haxorus.

With the new split of Shininess to IV spreads, is it now (Gen V) possible to have Shiny/Good IV spreads on any ID/SID? Or is ID/SID RNG abuse still required to get the better spreads?

I'm wondering because I haven't started a game yet since I got the game (on launch) because I wanted to RNG the Trainer ID to get good shiny spreads, but after reading (snippets of) the Gen V RNG guide, it seems it's no longer necessary.

Thanks in advance.

You'll want to go with the former spread, as it lets you survive more on the special side, and whatever physical bulk lost is patched up by Bulk Up's defense raise.
As for Slowbro vs Jellicent, Jellicent is more commonly paired with Ferrothorn as they complement each other's typings nicely, but in general Slowbro is Physically Defensive and Jellicent is Specially Defensive. So pick the one that stops the threats your team needs to cover.

thank u.
But no matter what i take,my team is wrecked and torn apart by trick rotom-w.Any idea on how to deal with it?

I have a question.
If I breed two shielders and the male has rock blast and and shell smash, will it pass those moves to it's offspring?

The only way you can breed level-up non-egg moves is if both the mother and father have it. So both shellder would need to have shell smash.

Rock blast would only need to be on the father though since it's an egg move.

Here's a good one (not that I really need the info). Does the use of Thief remove the effect of Unburden? I assume that it doesn't, but it would be interesting to know for sure.

No, the unburden description say that it still activates even when it's removed by knock off and the likes, so there is no reason to believe that for thief it works differently.

What tier would Drifblim be in? And could a recycle/unburden set on him be viable? I imagine it like, a berry that you can keep using, and while that happens unburden keeps boosting speed until you want to sweep.

Drifblim is RU, and it's probably better for Baton Pass with that idea, probably something like Stockpile with Sitrus Berry. And Drifblim is the only Minimize Baton Passer other than Smeargle but that's not usable competitively. Otherwise it just Baton Passes Calm Mind and Tailwind

If the two parents, both holding everstone, have different natures, does the offspring have 50% of the dads nature and 50% of the mon's nature?

What are the best Pokémon under Rain Dance excluding Manaphy? This includes Swift Swim, Hydration, Rain Dish, or what have you

Calm Mind might be viable, but I can't see tailwind being too helpful because of its set time limit. How would this set work for Drifblim? (i really like drifblim)

Drifblim (M) @ Sitrus Berry Trait: Unburden
EVs: 252 HP / 196 Def / 56 SDef
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Stockpile
- Recycle
- Baton Pass
- Substitute

He stockpiles up, with that huge HP stat keeping him alive too. Sitrus berry heals, and recycle keeps it availiible. Activate substitute after you've gotten stockpile up 3 times, and the berry recycling done will have a speed boost or two on you as well, then baton pass. You'd be baton passing a huge substitute, a great defensive boost on both sides, and some speed. Then sweep.
