Gengar and Dragonite

To make things simple, Does anyone THINK or know whether any of these two pokemon will ever be in ubers? If so, please PM me. Thank you.

Who would you guys say is a better support water type for a 5th gen Sunny Day team?
I'm not very qualified in terms of expertise in Weather teams, but I'd probably say Gyarados. Gyara is neutral to Grass unlike most other Water-types. Like most Water-types, it also sports a resistance to Fire. Gyarados isn't much of a support-mon, but...

I personally don't think either of them will be banned, but nobody can really know for sure about the tiering of a certain 'mon.

How about Herbivore Azumarill, it only has an electric weakness, and has encore, light screen, charm, tickle, perish song as support moves, though it can only recover itself via aqua ring or rest.

Substitute

Why am I able to use 4 substitutes when the descriptions on smogon and other websites say the substitutes take up 25% of my health to make one? Is this a glitch in the game?

Okay, thanks for your opinion :)

Uneven health.

Say I have 101 health. My substitutes will each be 25 health, so I can make 4 of them and have 1 hp remaining.

I'm working on a double dragon team and I'm having a little difficulty finding teammates for my deadly duo. So far I have a Magic Coat lead with my two dragons Salamence and Latias. What are some options for filling the last 3 spots?

Guys, I need some help. I can't Random Match.
Keeps giving me, "There appears to be a problem with your pokemon!" or something like that, I can't translate "sanka". Anyway, I admit I'm using pokesav'd pokes from all 5 gens. Thing is, only Gen V hacked pokes are detected as hacks. Garchomp and Vaporeon, both pokesav'd, too, can go in, whereas my Kojondo can't. What's going on? And no, I'm not using illegal movesets nor DW abilities.

A steel type such as Nattorei or Scizor can work well, as they resist Dragon and Ice and Nattorei can set up rocks that help Mence and Latias sweep.

I'll provide the list of pokemon that are involved with my question.

Arceus
Azelf
Bronzong
Celebi
Claydol
Clefable
Corsola
Deoxys
Forretress
Jirachi
Lunatone
Magcargo
Mamoswine
Mesprit
Metagross
Mew
Piloswine
Smeragle
Solrock
Torterra
Uxie
Wigglytuff

All of the above Pokemon are capable of having Reflect/LightScreen/Stealth Rock.

Which is the best one to use (theorymon is fine to an extent) in OU and/or Ubers as a user of those three moves?

Or would have a dual screener and a seperate pokemon with SR be a better option and if so which pair?

Edit: Also... what's the Best User of Embargo and/or Knock Off?

Uhm, actually, I can't even use some 100% legit Gen V pokemon in the Random Match. The Urugamoth I caught in the ancient castle "appears to have a problem". wtf?

IMO, Uxie is a really solid choice, especially for Heavy Offense teams. Its bulk is a huge assest, espescially as it sets its screens and it can also use Memento to weaken an opponent while brining in your own set up sweeper.

Also lol @ Corsola.

Another question: if a Pokemon's ability is Skill Swapped, will it keep that new ability for the rest of the match if it switches out and comes back in?

Ex: Cresslia uses Skill Swap on Standard Blastoise. Next turn, Cress switches out. Does Cress' still have Torrent?

Anyone to answer my question? D:

edit: My pokémon keep getting and Error Code 13267 in GTS. And yes, I'm using a real game, not an r4, flashcart, etc.

Is there a readily updated list of Dream World released pokemon? As far as I can tell, the stickied thread hasn't been updated in quite a long time.

How do you get to the doubles grass in front of the dragon spiral tower?

edit: WOW. Lucky. My game just turned to winter, and bam. I have my answer. Snow mound forms next to it during winter. Cool beans.
