Obviously this can't be known for sure, but will smogon standard clauses have a miracle shooter clause, i.e., during ladder battles the miracle shooter is turned on?

Would also love to know this
Someone(a mod, actually) did try random battles.
The rules are in the same fashion as Battle Tower unfortunately(Item Clause, Forced Level 50, Legend Ban like Groudon and such, can only choose 3 pokes for singles, 4 for doubles, and 6 for triple).

Here's a LINK from the mod.

Ahh this i acctually dont mind. Looks like i will be playing it alot then. Just nwished it was lvl 100 and not 50 but oh well.

Scizor has the same base stat total as Scyther, and lower base stats in a few places. Just because something has lower base stats in a few areas doesn't mean it can't be an evolution.
Gamefreak has confirmed that none of these new pokemon are related to any old pokemon in any shape or forme

I'm having a difficult time finding Emonga within his pokedex listed locations. I was wondering if anyone knew if there was a trick to finding him, such as different times or even different seasons.

EDIT: NVM, found one. It was in the shaking grass must be rare as most of the time the shaking grass is Tabunne.

Can someone please give me some information on the "Grass Oath", "Fire Oath", and the "Water Oath" moves?

Here's the only information I know of, which I'm pretty sure was taken straight from the translated descriptions in the game.

Water Oath: Water Special Power: 50 / Accuracy: 100
If used with Fire Oath, creates rainbow that may cause Confusion

Fire Oath: Fire Special Power: 50 / Accuracy: 100
If used with Grass Oath, creates burning field that causes damage every turn

Grass Oath: Grass Special Power: 50 / Accuracy: 100
If used with Water Oath, creates swamp that lowers Speed of all

Edit: Ninja'd.

Is there any pokemon that can learn the TMs fly and something else ingame? If not, what HMs does swana's prevo learn?

I see and those are the starter exclusive moves? If so i was hoping for something better =/
Actually Pokabu and Mijumaru gets an exclusive move(all except tsuarja, how unfortunate...). Pokabu gets a fire physical move called Heat Stamp. The heavier it is, the more damage it deals. Mijumaru, of course, gets the move Shell Blade. It's a physical move, Base Power 75, with a chance to lower the opponent's Defense.

[M528]: Physical Electric PP: 15 Power: 90 / Accuracy: 100 Effect: Returns to user 1/4 of HP lost by opponent due to this attack (recoil).

Is this Wild Bolt? If not, what is Wild Bolt.
