Then after the nature wouldn't work, I said screw it and used a master ball every time. Settled for hasty nature.

I synchronized it with a timid umbreon, mean looked it, then baton passed it.

You cannot Synchronize the Roamers in this game, they're in the wild with a set nature. The only way to change this nature is to kill the Roamer, beat the E4, come back to the Route with the house where you encounter said Roamer, and hope it sets to the nature you want.

Adamant Flareon has 229 speed and Jolly Flareon has 251 speed.

With a +1 boost, they hit 343 and 376 speed respectively, which is enough to outspeed max base 105 and 120 speeds (such as Timid Manectric and Sceptile) respectively.

[Actually, Adamant Flareon can outspeed the base 106 speed tier, which only includes Liepard]
 
I have been using this Mesprit set in RU:

Timid @Choice Scarf
6 HP/252 Special Attack/252 Speed

Stealth Rock
Trick
Thunderbolt
Ice Beam

My question: Is there something which could do this more job effectively available for use in RU? If I carried my team over to UU would you recommend replacing Mesprit for Azelf with the same set (despite losing out on the boltbeam coverage)?
 
Is it just me, or do you move faster in Castelia City? Compensation for how big the city looks around you, maybe? It just feels like I'm going a solid 50% faster here, and I'm wondering if I'm crazy or not.
 
Is Mixmence still viable in BW OU? What nature (Rash or Naive) is advisable? I'm in the middle of breeding one in SoulSilver and I don't know if it's worth using if I get White.
 
When I first started playing rated GBU double battles a few weeks ago, my rating and win-loss record were updated in the game very soon after each battle. But lately it seems that they aren't changing at all. I started playing triple battles earlier today, for example, and my rating is still 1500 with 0 wins and 0 losses. Any ideas why this is?
 
I downloaded pokemon online 1.0.21 and tried to connect to the smogon server once I had made a team. It did not let me connect and said my version was not compatible with the server as it was running 1.0.20. What can I do about this, can anyone please help?

Maybe the records are separate? I may have misunderstood your question.
 
Yeah I hear that, I'm running windows 7 and running in administrator while typing in my password correctly each time. Just says your version is not compatible with the servers and it doesn't let me connect, makes no sense.
 
Does anyone know of a Wifi adaptor that connects to Windows 7, that will allow a DSi to connect to wifi through it? I'm going stir crazy not being able to get on Random Matchup.
 
Actually my problem is not my version. The problem for PO is that I connect to the server and then enter my password I put the first time I entered then it says the host has ended the connection.
 
That would indeed break species clause due to both pokemon being of the same line. Similarly one could not run both Diglett and Dugtrio on the same team.

Use Uxie it has the same things as mesprit but it is soo muc better

What are you talking about? Species Clause doesn't prevent you from using stuff from the same evolution lines, just more than one of the same species. Two Weezing, not allowed. One Weezing and one Koffing, odd but allowed. Vulpix and Ninetales can be used on the same team.

Huh? I honestly doubt that. Yes they are in the same evolution line, but that doesn't prevent me from having both Magneton and Magnezone, for example. They are in the same evo line, but not the same species.

Same species would be Pokemon with the same Pokedex #. That means having 2 Latios or having more than 1 of the Pokemon formes (ie. having Deoxys A & E, Rotom H and W, Shaymin normal & sky, or Giratina normal & origin in the same team).

QUESTION:
How should I regulate my max rating diff when laddering? I assume I should have a large max rating diff when I have low rating and steadily decrease the difference as I go up? What would be the ideal max rating difference when I reach a respectable rank (say 1300s)?

Would running Excadrill and Landorus alongside Tyranitar be too much of a Water weakness? I would really like to abuse the Sand with at least two sweepers, but it is a pretty big weakness.
