After you get the National Dex, you can talk to the prof. and he gives you the poke radar, and the poketch app 20. Go to the grass area where Togepi is, after you get those, and without your bike, go to key items and use the radar.

If its anything like Ditto, its very uncommon

You get the pokeradar, go to the island, use it (from your key items), and go to one of the shaking patches. Eventually, one of them will be a togepi.

They are rare, so beware of that. Use Super Repel before you go into the grass, then use the PokeRadar

The best place to train after the Elite Four would be Stark Mountain / Turnback Cave. Not the best places to EV train though

You'll find one eventually.

Too_Hungry, The e4 is probably the best place to train, but you could also try the route near shaymin's rock thing. IIRC, it has level 52 gastrodons.
Edit: Oh yeah, I forgot about stark mountain. Great place for water types with the rhydon and camerupt. Since most waters also know ice beam, the fearow are good too.

You guys will probably have a good laugh with this one! =p

How much is "One Level". As in Raikou used Calm Mind, Sp atk and Sp def raised by 1 Level! I really just knew it benefited or hurt you.

where's the best place to train besides the elite 4?

I reccommend using the VS Seeker on route 214. It's near Fisherman Alex and the Rich Boy, the two trainers farthest to left. Rich Boy has a lvl 55 Luxio and gives $8800 naturally, while the Fisherman has two lvl 53 Gyarados that give a nice booty of XP.

It's x1.5 your current stat. Or tack on/take away x.5.

Examples:

Raikou with 300 Sp. Atk used Calm Mind! Sp. Atk is now 450.

Weavile with 350 Atk used Swords Dance (x2 boost)! Atk is now 700.

Quick question about sleep clause...

If I sleep a pokemon, and than later kill it, am I allowed to sleep another one? So say I sleep a charizard, and then kill it with breloom, and then he sends out another pokemon, am I allowed to sleep that one too?

Yes. Sleep Clause means you can only put one pokemon to sleep at a time, barring Rest. So if the sleeper dies you can sleep another one.

DDdos is extremely good once it gets even 1 DD setup. He is fast and strong, and he has pretty strong moves too. The electric weakness gets taken care of by wacan berries in the wifi battle tower, allowing him to pull off a dragon dance and sweep your team. Get it?

With the sleep clause thing, you can only have one pokemon on your opponents team asleep at any one time (excluding rest). I think the only exception to this would be dark hall.

Thanks for the answer. Also, what would take away x.5? Can you give me a move for example? And what do Will-O-Wisp and Thunderwave reduce stats by?

I have a problem. I am cloning a specsmence, and i get to the clock part, and it doesnt get past 7 1/2 roatations. what should i do?

That probably means your connection's fast enough to make the trading cycle complete earlier. I think you can still accomplish it, but you'll have to experiment to find out where that magic number is.

For further insight: there's another post about the cloning glitch on Gfaqs that mentions using the Wi-fi USB connector, then shutting down all other internet-using applications to further reduce lag - this gets it around the magic 7 and 3\4 number (or whatever the hell it is). So it varies widely depending on your connection speed.

When Gyarados uses the Wacan berry, is the weakness reduced to 2x, or does he become entirely neutral?

To tack another question onto this one...
how long do the berries last? One electric attack (in this case), or as long as its alive?

And another question, if I'm doing a wifi battle with someone (downstairs in pokemon center) and use a Berry, Focus Sash, etc., does the item come back after the battle?

thanks for the quick answers!

I have another quesiton, for GTS, is there anyway I can reroll the people asking for a pokemon or get it to display more than just 3 people? For example, say I wanted to trade for a palkia, is there a way I can reroll the search so that different people show up (if i dont have what they want) or get it to display more than just 3 people? It seems you can, since there are more than 3 yellow spots.

How stat "levels" work:

+1 = 150%
+2 = 200%
+3 = 250%
+4 = 300 %
+5 = 350%
+6 = 400%

+/- 6 levels is the limit. I'm not sure on the ratios for negative levels though... I think it goes from 75% to 50% but I'm not sure what's after that.

What is a good choice to breed with a female larvitar to get dragon dance on it? I have already tried my gyarados, but it says they prefer to play with other pokemon instead, if I am correct, then they won't produce an egg. So, what do you guys use to get DD, any suggestions?
