How stat "levels" work:

+1 = 150%
+2 = 200%
+3 = 250%
+4 = 300 %
+5 = 350%
+6 = 400%

+/- 6 levels is the limit. I'm not sure on the ratios for negative levels though... I think it goes from 75% to 50% but I'm not sure what's after that.

+6 = 8/2 (400%) of the original stat;
+5 = 7/2 (350%) of the original stat;
+4 = 6/2 (300%) of the original stat;
+3 = 5/2 (250%) of the original stat;
+2 = 4/2 (200%) of the original stat;
+1 = 3/2 (150%) of the original stat;
+0 = 2/2 (100%) of the original stat;
-1 = 2/3 (66%) of the original stat;
-2 = 2/4 (50%) of the original stat;
-3 = 2/5 (40%) of the original stat;
-4 = 2/6 (33%) of the original stat;
-5 = 2/7 (28%) of the original stat;
-6 = 2/8 (25%) of the original stat.

EDIT: About lv100 EVs, as far as I know, only vitamins will work to boost the stat. Box Trick still doesn't work at lv100.

What is a good choice to breed with a female larvitar to get dragon dance on it? I have already tried my gyarados, but it says they prefer to play with other pokemon instead, if I am correct, then they won't produce an egg. So, what do you guys use to get DD, any suggestions?

Dragonite > Charmander > Larvitar

hp - valley windworks [shellos/bidoof]
atk - any route with kricketune/bibarel
def - iron island, pretty much everything there gives def
satk - gastly/haunter/gengar in old chateau
sdef - tentacool/cruel/mantyke route before the pokemon league
spd - route 201-202, starly and shinx

VS Seeker EV training:

Okay, Shinx does NOT give Speed EVs.. please double check next time because that really screwed me over. I battled atleast like 15 Shinx thinking I was getting Speed.

so i've heard about the concept of IV Battles but I'm wondering, if that isn't an option, what level does your Pokemon have to be to get correct IVs? is 100 your only choice? thank you.

You don't need a certain level to figure out your IVs. What you need is process of elimination (and a bunch of Rare Candies). For this I recommend, as usual, my stat chart.

Basically, you record the stats of a Pokemon at one level, then level it up and figure out what range of IVs can produce those stats at both those levels. Then you level it up again, narrowing the range down further. You keep on doing this until you've narrowed it down to just one possibility - because only ONE set of IVs can produce those stats at ALL those levels.

How do I join / recruit people in groups? Do I just create a group in Jubilfe and call it whatever and everyone else does that? Also is there a wi-fi Union room?

Question: can EVs actually be reset at level 100 using the berries and the box trick?

If you mean getting the EVS down to zero, then yes.

If you mean clearing all the EVS and then EV training then no. As the pokemon does not receive EXP when it is at 100, it would not gain EVS therefore the maximum possible EVS you can give to a lvl 100 pokemon is 100 through vitamins...

Question: Where can I find multiple Shiny stones and Dawn Stones?

Porygon Z, Alakazam, Infernape, Gengar, Salamence are all good.

answer please :P

how do multipliers work regarding evasion and accuracy?

Percentage Probability for a hit to move = (MA * 9) / ((ACC + 3) * (EVA + 3)) %

where

MA is the move accuracy.
ACC is the accuracy modifier of the user, between 0 (perfectly accurate) and 6 (minimum accuracy)
EVA is the evasion modifier of the foe, between 0 (no evasion) and 6 (maximum evasion).

Another way is Horsea -> Totodile -> Larvitar (only for DP though).

When EV training:

Lead Pokemon has PokeRus and Power Items and the pokemon being ev trained with Exp Share has Pokerus, what happens? What if the Exp Share pokemon doesnt have PokeRus, or the lead pokemon doesn't? Pretty much every situation thinkable, what happens? I dont know myself and i'd like to EV train effectively
