Probably not, imo, because it's defenses are so bad. Taunt is fun, but when anything hits your 85/55/50, your going to get hurt pretty bad.
I guess you could do like... Baton Pass/Bulk Up/Waterfall/filler attack. Bulk Up to try to survive a hit and kill something, then Baton Pass your Bulk Up(s) to a Snorlax or something
I have a few questions regarding Cresselia.
For one, where do you get that Map Marker thingy that allows you to "see" where she is?
Second, how is her Nature and her IVs determined? Are they created when you first see her on Full Moon Island? Or are they randomized on appearance (where they become permanent I guess after you see her in the wild for the first time) in the wild?

After frequenting the GameFaqs trading boards I have noticed "custom pokemon" threads created by hackers. Chief among requests are pokemon that have 252 EVs in every stat.
Now, does anyone know if Wi-Fi(Battle Tower or otherwise) detects these Pokemon as hacked? It certainly would be an unfair advantage to fight one of these opponents...

You get the map marker from Rowan after Mespirit flies away(iirc). He will be there in the cave with you after it flies away.

I'm pretty sure it's when you initially see her on Fullmoon island. I hope you have patience, sychronize and masterballs.

Sadly though, Synchronize does not work on Pokemon that flee from you (Mespirit and Cresselia). This is why people sometimes settle for a neutral nature with great IVs, due to the sheer frustration of simply finding Cresselia.
The Map Marker is #13 on the Poketech. It is a map of Sinnoh, and has little symbols at the botton (heart, circle, star, etc) so you can, well, mark places on the map.
No, you don't. You get it from the president of the Poketch company. You don't get anything from making Mesprit fly away, and I'm fairly sure Rowan isn't there to talk to you either.

Yes, after Mespirit flys away Rowan walks into the cave (why didn't the old guy just go see Mespirit for himself if he could get there all along? Talk about lazy) and gives a small speech.

Dittos from Emerald can get the effects of everstone when breeding with a pokemon from DP right?

You mean the blonde girl Cynthia? First you have to chase down a Galactic Grunt.
Outside of the the Great Marsh there will be a grunt who just stands there and tells you to bug off until after you get the 4th badge. When you do, talk to him again and he will run off for Lake Valor. Follow him.
Also, before you leave Pastoria City your rival will challenge you. After he's beaten, keep following the grunt till your almost at Lake Valor, where he will get tired of running and just battle you. After his defeat, he will go straight to Lake Valor. Go up a little, and Cynthia will be there.
How do i get a swinub with ancientpower?
You can drag those little symbols in the corner and place them on your map, and when Cresselia/Mespirit are on the loose in Sinnoh it shows you their current location.
Breed a Male Piloswine with Ancientpower with a Ditto/Female Piloswine? You can use a Heart Scale to get Piloswine to remember Ancientpower - It's one of his default moves.
