Yes, there is.
Go into settings, uncheck 'download teams from server'. They'll stay backed up on the server, and won't automatically download to your device. If you do want them to download to your device later, just re-check it and they will sync automatically.

Hello, i want to earn a tier contributor badge, but I saw that it requires participating in 4 suspect tests for official tiers and 6 for unofficial tiers.

My question is: which category do the recent "Champions" tiers fall into—official or unofficial? For example, OU Champions, UU Champions, the upcoming DOU Champions, etc.
 
in the new client, is there a way to disable the move you're currently hovering from showing up in the text box? it's very distracting

Its down for me too, which is somewhat concerning. I can imagine that its either bug fixes or some technical thing, but who knows. Maybe an infestation of charjabug got to the servers
 
When natural cure activates in the official Pokemon games, it doesn't get announced, but you can tell it's activating and Showdown announces it as a quality of life feature. Can I suggest similar quality of life features for other items and abilities that don't get announced, like light clay, weather rocks (effect doesn't end after 5 turns), magic guard (Pokemon doesn't take damage from poison or burn), and regenerator (Pokemon switches in with more HP), or would this break cartridge accuracy? Has anyone already suggested it?

Natural Cure announces itself because of the Pokéball UI elements that show if a Pokémon has a status or not in the actual games. Regenerator does not show itself like that nor do the Light Clay or weather rocks.

Hi again. Ive noticed crazy lag in showdown over the past week, and even seen it in some videos on YouTube. In a game today, my opponent ended up forfeiting because the lag was unplayable. Is this related to cloudflare, or is it something else entirely? Also, is there any sort of time frame relating to a potential fix?

Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask, and i certainly hope im not applying too much pressure by asking. I just havent seen anyone else mention it, and wanted to know if there was any news surrounding it

where is the option to disallow spectators on the new client? i have searched on the forums and through the settings and cannot find it. please let me know if there's something i'm missing. thanks! :row:
