Ask the Admins - Question Submissions

A new edition of Ask the Admins is coming up, and this time you have a chance to ask antemortem, Hogg, Sam, and tennisace your questions! You can ask questions to all of them or direct questions at a specific person; feel free to ask about a range of topics, such as what being an admin is like, what they do, what they enjoy about it, opinions on Smogon, etc. Note that due to the volume of questions asked from both this thread and social media, your question may not be answered, but it'll definitely be considered.

I'm lazy and will re-use my question from last time, since I like it: Which badge is the best/worst looking out of them all? Similarly, is there any badge you would want but wouldn't realistically obtain?

The new generation of pokemon looks like its making many changes to the games including removing z-moves, mega stones, and only allowing the pokemon found in the swsh cartridge games to be used meaning some pokemon will be removed entirely from gameplay. Generally, Smogon has stuck to what is allowed on the cartridge games, but is there a possibility if all this is true that Smogon will adjust its policies to allow these mechanics/missing pokemon back into the metagames?

For Sam: I've heard criticisms that US Midwest has a shallow talent pool,, so what do you look for when scouting potential WCoP team members? Or is that not your department?

Is there a chance we might ever suspect test Pokemon's moves like Stealth Rocks (makes some Pokemon nonviable and forces teams to run hazard control because of it) or Toxic (banning Toxic or Protect could heavily negate the stall Metagame, which I feel a majority of players would gladly live without)?
