Assault Vest Scrafty as Viable mixed Defence wall for OU?

Scrafty has a solid movepool and awesome defencive stats. With max hp EVs and 128 in each defence stat, an impish scrafty can switch into almost anything. Shed skin lets it shrug off toxic stallers, intimidate can weaken physical threats, and with it's wide moovepool the assault vest can let it set a moxie sweep. I've tested this build in the battle sim and it performs very well. Thoughts, opinions?

This could work pretty well. Don't forget you can heal with Drain Punch.
