I'll be attending the California regional, assuming there's another one that's not 6 hours away from me, which is pretty likely. Proof? I don't have much, you could ask other VGC players, I guess.

I played in 2010, got to round 3 in San Mateo, skipped 2011 because I hated the metagame, and am planning on attending again this year.

Would I qualify for a bp?
