This thing really isn't as threatening as the original poster is making it out to be. It has a lot of issues setting up and maintaining its momentum - it was fine back when XY was young and there weren't as many things going on about it; however, the current metagame is just not that friendly for Barbaracle and it just needs to not be around.
Though it is a finished analysis, I would like to request to reject it under the basis of being unviable in OU.
