[OVERVIEW]
Barboach's access to Dragon Dance makes it seem appealing; however, its poor base stats give it a hard time setting up and dealing damage. It faces trouble dealing with common Grass- and bulky Fighting-types after burning a Supersonic Skystrike, as that is Barboach's only significant method of damage to these Pokemon. As a setup sweeper, it is directly outclassed by Shellder and Corphish, as their better stats, damage output and movepool make them more ideal sweepers.

[SET]
name: Dragon Dance
move 1: Dragon Dance
move 2: Earthquake
move 3: Waterfall
move 4: Bounce
item: Flyinium Z
ability: Oblivious
nature: Adamant
evs: 36 HP / 212 Atk / 12 Def / 28 SpD / 196 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]
Barboach should run a Dragon Dance set and perform as a late-game sweeper, only coming in against a weakened team due to its low power even after a boost. Due to this, it finds itself outclassed by Pokemon that have more power and do not need as much team support like Shellder, which has Shell Smash to outspeed Choice Scarf users, and Corphish, which has more raw power than Barboach at +1 Attack and priority in Aqua Jet.

i'm pretty sure boach should run z-bounce since it's otherwise so weak vs foongus, snivy even, mienfoo, timburr. no evio sucks hard, but as it stands you're losing to a lot of common shit anyway.

[overview]
fix your mention of boach struggling vs grasses, since that's only true once z-bounce is burnt. it relies heavily on z bounce to break through foongus, snivy, so the general gist is still worth having.

Barboach should run a Dragon Dance set and perform as a late-game sweeper, only coming in on against [add] a weakened team. that already has threats like Grass-types removed. [remove] However, as a sweeper, it is outclassed by Pokemon that do not need as much team support like Shellder, whose high Defense lets it easily set up Shell Smash and hit hard with 5-hit Icicle Spear, [remove] who can more easily set up and outspeeds Choice Scarf users, [add] and Corphish, which outright is as strong as Barboach after a Dragon Dance. [add]

you like to be a bit too wordy for what is really desired here.

From what you have here, I don't understand why Barboach's Water/Ground typing in particular makes it seem threatening. You need to make this clearer or change the point in the first sentence to something that actually explains what could make Barboach threatening as a sweeper.

"Barboach should run a Dragon Dance set and perform as a late-game sweeper, only coming in against a weakened team due to its poor bulk." This doesn't make logical sense unless "weakened" means through Memento or something like that. You mean because Barboach needs to KO because it can't take hits in return, right? If so, say it's due to Barboach's low power even after setting up, not Barboach's bulk.
