[SET COMMENTS]
This set aims to sweep under rain by utilizing Barraskewda's excellent Attack and Speed coupled with Swift Swim. Waterfall is Barraskewda's best STAB move, providing the possibility to flinch opponents and setting up its own rain when Dynamaxed. Psychic Fangs hits Toxapex hard as well as preventing priority from Mimikyu and other revenge killers as Max Mindstorm. Close Combat hits Ferrothorn, Hydreigon, and bulky Normal-types such as Snorlax hard while providing attack boosts when Dynamaxed. Crunch is for coverage versus Dragapult, but Substitute is an alternative as Barraskewda forces many switch-ins. However, keep in mind that Dynamaxing will remove its Substitute. The investment in speed allows Barraskewda to outspeed Gengar while the HP Evs provide it with extra bulk whilst Dynamaxed. In rain, Barraskewda still outspeeds +1 Dragapult and+2 Adamant Hawlucha. This EV spread also allows Barraskewda to live Adamant Life Orb Mimikyu's Play Rough or Shadow Claw plus its own Life Orb recoil. In Addition, it survives Specs Dragapult's Draco Meteor after Dynamaxing.

Good teammates for Barraskewda include common rain team staples such as Pelipper, which sets up rain with Drizzle and can U-Turn into Barraskewda to allow it in freely. Ferrothorn is also an excellent teammate as it resists Water-type moves boosted by rain and helps deal with Mimikyu.

The only major change is removing the second set as, sadly, Propeller Tail (and Stalwart and Snipe Shot) do nothing in singles. They aren't Mold Breaker+, they really do just ignore the redirection side of abilities (storm drain, lightning rod) and moves (follow me, rage powder).

That aside, first set and explanation are good, just a couple of formatting fixes. Spaces either side of the / on move 4 and capatalise the 'p' in HP.

This is a great write up, only change I'd make is that you should probably mention that Dynamaxing removes your Substitute. Otherwise, QC Approved 1/2!

EDIT: Wait I forgot, you might want to slash in Expert Belt / Mystic Water or something, since Mimikyu uses Life Orb so much lol

This is a very straightforward HO Rain Pokemon and you said everything that requires being said. Maybe mention that it can set rain for itself and be self sufficient without Pelipper, but I'm just trying to find ways to nitpick at this point. QC 2/2

This set aims to sweep under rain (would recommend adding something to the end of this like "by utilizing Barraskewda's excellent Attack and Speed stats coupled with Swift Swim" as it feels a little bare as an opening sentence otherwise). Waterfall is Barraskewda's best STAB move, providing the possibility of flinching to flinch opponents and setting up its own rain when Dynamaxed. Psychic Fangs hits Toxapex hard as well as preventing priority from Mimikyu and other revenge killers whilst Dynamaxed as Max Mindstorm. (edited to avoid over-repetition of dynamax mentions) Close Combat hits Ferrothorn, Hydreigon(add comma) and bulky Normal Types Normal-types such as Snorlax hard and while providing provides Attack raises boosts when Dynamaxed. Crunch hits Dragapult hard. is for coverage against Dragapult, but Substitute is an alternative option as Barraskewda forces many switch-ins. switches but However, keep in mind that Dynamaxing will remove your its Substitute. The investment in Speed tier allows Barraskewda to outspeed Gengar whilst allowing while the HP EVs provide it with extra bulk during Dynamax. whilst dynamaxed.(edited wording to clarify the HP investment is what provides the bulk, not the Speed investment) In rain, it still Barraskewda still outspeeds +1 Dragapult at +1 speed and +2 speed Adamant Hawlucha. It This EV spread also allows Barraskewda to live survive Adamant Life Orb Mimikyu's Play Rough or Adamant Life Orb Mimikyu's Shadow Claw plus two hits of Life Orb most of the time its own Life Orb recoil. As well as this, it guarantees living In addition, Barraskewda survives a Choice Specs Dragapult's Draco Meteor after Dynamaxing.

Good teammates for Barraskewda are include common rain team staples, (remove comma) such as Pelipper(add comma) which sets up auto rain with Drizzle and can slow U-Turn into Barraskewda to allow it in freely. Ferrothorn is also an excellent teammate as it soaks water boosted hits for rain teams due to its quad resistance resists opposing Water-type moves boosted by rain and it helps deal with opposing Mimikyu.

Changed some of your wording to avoid repetition and clarify some things, would also really like to see that additional bit in sentence 1 even if you just copy what I wrote. Let me know if you have any questions. Otherwise, GP 1/1
