If you defeat 12 pokemon, you get the trainer spot for any format you want.
Until we get spots for formats I dont have teams for, the spots are free and if you have at least 1200 ELO in the format, you get the spot free.

If you defeat 15 pokemon, you get the job for the format of your choice.
Until we get spots for formats I dont have teams for, the spots are free and if you have at least 1275 ELO in the format, its yours.

If you defeat 18 pokemon, you get the job for your format.

Yes, this is called overtaking a spot, if you test for a format and pass, you get to overthrow the spot.
-Do I battle you?
No, not unless I secure a spot I wanna secure.
You battle the current person in that rank 3 times for overthrow.
-Will this be updated?
