Cycle 2 is complete and here are the qualifiers. (1,2,3,4,5,6,7)
Cycle 2 qualifiers can still participate in future cycles, if they want, but they will not qualify for multiple slots. Instead, if they qualify for a higher seed in a later cycle, they will leave their spot in the earlier cycle for the new cycle. If you get the same seed, then you will stay with the initial cycle.
