EDIT 2: Hmm, upon further review this means that really I should have called you out on this last round when you switched back to Slowking since you had switched the round before. I guess that means we have two options in the interest of fairness:
A) Give you the one freebie switch and call the rule into effect here (match goes quicker)
B) Retroactively call in into effect for last round and redo last round (technically correct thing to do, and also probably puts you in a better spot overall)
