Chills are a way to regain energy: you spend one action to regain 12 EN.
Recoveries are most (if not all) non-damaging moves that allow the user to regain HP. They are tagged as #Recovery in the Data Audit.

Heads-up: when posting in the Battle Tower, it is common courtesy to repost the (updated) battle queue each time!
