Battle Tower Team

Im trying to get agood team to start for the BT to get into competetive eventually.

Choice Band Garhomp
TyraniBoah Tyranitar
Tank Dusknoir

You think this team would do good or are there any weaknesses that would completely mess this up or would it be able to get atleast to round 21 or so?

post move sets and Evs in this format, it'll help people to rate your team.

Why do you want Dragon Claw on Chompy if you already have Outrage?

You should put Tyranitar as a starter, so Chomp can recieve the Sand Veil evasion boost.

And try to reach battle 51 with your team, it is the first really difficult battle in the Battle Tower (at least in my experience xP)

It looks pretty solid but would making Dusknoir a Mix Denfeder be any use? I forget the exact spread but it's something like Impish 252Hp/52Def/204SpD.

Also two STAB on a Choice Bander? Why not use Fire Fang?

i'm pretty sure that in the battle tower, your pokemon cannot be holding the same items so switch the item on tyranitar to something different to something like an expert belt or something else.

How about it now? Also, what moves should be used for the ones with slashes?

Using a Tanky Pokemon like Dusknoir isn't really beneficial, because once you get farther on the computer can really decimate you with hax, especially if you have a slow, passive Pokemon like Dusknoir. You'll do better to have another offensive Pokemon, or at least a bulky sweeper with moderate speed and not Dusknoir.

Once you get higher up, it's either kill or be killed.
