Ugh, I clearly can't stop you...

Rushing past Kai, the forest soon thins out, and you find yourself on the edge of a massive canyon. There is still smoke rising in the distance, and you can tell it's coming from inside the canyon, but you can't see exactly where, as it's hidden by massive clouds of sand blowing around. If you want to investigate the fire, it's obvious that you'll need to find a way down, and the canyon is way too long for you go around to one of the ends, it'll take too much time. How will your pokemon help you get down into the canyon?

As the three of you climb down the cavern, you riding on Nilgai's back, you eventually reach the bottom safely.

After reaching the bottom, you take a look around. The smoke is no longer visible past the cavern walls, but far in the distance you can still see a massive sandstorm swirling. Knowing that the electrical fire was in that direction, you start walking towards it. After a few hours, you are confronted by a Warrior wearing the signa of Violight.

The presence of a Violight warrior makes you suspicious. It's clear that he won't let you pass to investigate things further, so you have Nilgai and Klepht step forward to try to force their way past. Seeing this, he reaches for the pokeballs on his belt.

Now stay away!

Defeated, your attempts to investigate the fire must come to an end. Trudging back to your hotel room, you see if there's anything on the news about the fire to see if you can tell what's going on. There doesn't seem to be very much detail, but from what you manage to piece together, there was an unnamed farmer living there and Ginchiyo and Ujiyasu wanted to use some of their fields for some experiments without compensating the farmer. The farmer was extremely unhappy about this and refused, at which point the two Warlords started burning down the fields in retaliation. The farmer fortunately had friends nearby to help fend off the Warlords' attacks, and so they were forced to run away, but a large portion of the farmer's fields were lost.

It's four in the morning, and Klepht's baby cannot stop crying. Why? It's hungry, of course. And not just hungry for any ol' thing, either. The child is craving EVER (Every Vitamin, Even Riboflavin) baby formula, which you just ran out of last night. Unfortunately, this baby formula can only be found at a single store: EVER (Every Vegetable, Even Radishes) grocery store. Fortunately, you happen to live 1.60934 kilometers from said grocery store, and it's open for 24 hours! That's a quick EVER (Every Vehicle, Even Railcars) public transit bus ride away! (Who sponsored this town anyway? She must be super cute and cool and awesome.)

But alas, the night is dark, and navigating to the bus stop proves to be a challenging task. The streetlights don't appear to be functioning properly, and Klepht and Greave can swear they're hearing strange noises (other than Klepht's child's incessant crying), like frogs ribbiting and wind chimes chiming. Eventually, they stop, paralyzed with fear. Faintly, you can hear the bus rounding the corner at the end of the street.


Mowtom, how do you calm your party's nerves and make it to the bus stop on time?
