Current VR with recent updates! Don't take this as pushing or something. I was bored and it helped my OCD, also its mainly for me to have. But Im sharing. lol

Couple updates, our RU Council would like to welcome db and Wadley on board. Second of all, it is time for RU to have their tier shifts update!

Our council collectively decided that A- and B- were appropriate cutoffs based on the UU VR for rises and drops respectively. There are some major changes with that being said.

Rises:
Gyarados: RUBL -> UU
Cresselia: RUBL -> UU
Gastrodon: RU -> UU
Machamp: RU -> UU

Drops:
Ambipom: UU -> RU
Arcanine: UU -> RU
Espeon: UU -> RU
Tentacruel: UU -> RU
Torkoal: UU -> RU
Uxie: UU -> RU

There were internal discussions regarding the current RUBL banlist, but we have decided none of the current banlist for RU was worth reconsidering for an unban for the time being. This may be subjected to change in the future. This is mostly relevant regarding Torkoal, as Drought is already banned in RU.

Tagging Tbolt to implement these changes when possible.

Hi, apologies for the delay but we have our initial BDSP RU VR Update with our new shifts, this was done by me, TONE and db who were available to get this done. We decided to start from a clean slate. Also thanks igiveuponaname for joining in on helping with rankings this time around.
