Blastoise

[OVERVIEW]

Blastoise carves itself a niche as a decently bulky Rapid Spin user with coverage moves that complement its role well, such as Dark Pulse and Aura Sphere, targeting common entry hazard setters such as Landorus-T, Garchomp, and Ferrothorn. Mega Blastoise's high Special Attack and good ability in Mega Launcher also make said coverage options hit significantly harder, making it a decent wallbreaker. However, Mega Blastoise's low Speed and lack of any recovery make it easy to wear down and revenge kill. Blastoise also takes up the Mega slot and is therefore very hard to fit on teams, especially considering it faces stiff competition from Starmie, which provides Rapid Spin without the cost of using up a Mega slot and has far more use against offensive teams due to its superior Speed.

[SET COMMENTS]
Moves
========

Rapid Spin provides invaluable team support by removing all entry hazards. Scald has decent Base Power and a nice chance to burn the foe. Hydro Pump is an alternative for a more powerful Water-type STAB move, as it most notably has a good chance to 2HKO standard utility Mega Sableye. Dark Pulse has great coverage with Scald, hitting Pokemon such as Latios, Latias, Celebi, Starmie, and Slowbro while also hitting Ghost-types that attempt to block Rapid Spin. Aura Sphere allows Blastoise to most notably hit Ferrothorn, as well as Mega Gyarados, Kyurem-B, and Keldeo. Ice Beam hits Breloom, Dragalge, and Mega Altaria, as well as hitting Serperior and Thundurus on the switch.

Set Details
========

Running maximum Special Attack EVs plus a Modest nature allows Mega Blastoise to hit as hard as possible, while 72 Speed EVs allow Mega Blastoise to outspeed Adamant Crawdaunt and below. The rest of the EVs go into HP to give it additional bulk. Rain Dish is the preferred ability for Blastoise before it Mega Evolves, as the boost from Torrent is useless.

Usage Tips
========

Find an opportunity to bring in Blastoise safely to Mega Evolve as soon as possible. Use Mega Blastoise's good natural bulk to switch in on resisted or weak neutral attacks and start using powerful special attacks. Mega Blastoise should generally switch into Pokemon that it naturally forces out such as Heatran, Weavile, and Bisharp and use the forced switch as an opportunity to use Scald or Rapid Spin to get rid of entry hazards. Against more offensive teams, try to use the appropriate move for predicted switch-ins. For example, if the opponent has a Water-resistant Pokemon such as Latios or Celebi to switch in, use Dark Pulse on the predicted switch. If the opponent has a Ghost-type, use Dark Pulse, as they may try to predict Rapid Spin to block it. Make sure to not play Blastoise recklessly, as it has no recovery and is prone to being worn down by entry hazards and other residual damage such as poison and burn.

Team Options
========

This set best fits on teams looking for a Pokemon that can reliably break through some balance cores such as Ferrothorn + Heatran while providing Rapid Spin support. Azumarill and bulky Water-types tend to be an issue for this set, especially due to the former resisting every one of Blastoise's moves, so Grass-types such as Serperior, Celebi, and Breloom pair well with it, and they also appreciate Blastoise's ability to switch in on Weavile, Talonflame, and Heatran. Celebi also can pass a Nasty Plot boost to Mega Blastoise, enabling it to dismantle defensive teams with ease, as well as support Mega Blastoise with Thunder Wave, Stealth Rock, and Heal Bell. Tornadus-T is a great partner, as it threatens many Pokemon that give Mega Blastoise troubles such as Mega Venusaur, Serperior, and Breloom while Blastoise takes on Pokemon that tend to give Tornadus issues such as Jirachi and Skarmory. Talonflame is also a decent partner for its ability to threaten Grass-types, though it is strongly recommended to pair both with a check to Electric-types such as Hippowdon, Assault Vest Raikou, or Ferrothorn.

Heatran pairs well with Mega Blastoise, as it switches in on many Pokemon that give Blastoise trouble, such as Ferrothorn, Mega Venusaur, Amoonguss, and Mega Altaria, while providing Stealth Rock to support Mega Blastoise's wallbreaking abilities. Volcarona is another good teammate, as it appreciates the field being clear of entry hazards while threatening and setting up on Grass-types. Scizor is a decent partner for its ability to threaten Fairy-types such as Clefable and Mega Altaria, both of which can set up on Mega Blastoise. Due to Blastoise having no form of recovery, it is worn down very fast, so Wish support is very useful. On balance teams, Jirachi is a good partner, as it can even bring in Blastoise safely with U-turn, while on stall teams Chansey works well, as it is able to absorb any status ailment aimed at Mega Blastoise due to Natural Cure. Mega Venusaur is an issue for this set, so Psychic-types such as Alakazam, Reuniclus, Victini, and Jirachi pair well with Mega Blastoise. Jirachi is also able to bring Blastoise back to full HP with Healing Wish. Klefki is an interesting partner, as it slows down fast Pokemon with Thunder Wave and supports Mega Blastoise with Spikes, while it appreciates Blastoise's ability to switch in on and threaten Ground- and Fire-type Pokemon.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============

Mega Blastoise doesn't have too much as far as other moves it can run, but Roar and Dragon Tail are useful for phazing out the foe. Dragon Pulse gets the boost from Mega Launcher and targets Kingdra and Mega Charizard X. Water Pulse is another option for a STAB move, as it gets the boost from Mega Launcher and has a chance to confuse, but generally the burn chance from Scald and the higher Base Power from Hydro Pump make this a lesser option. Rest plus Sleep Talk is another option to have Mega Blastoise act as a better check to Pokemon such as Keldeo and Talonflame. An all-out attacking set with an EV spread of 24 HP / 252 SpA / 232 Spe is also an option to have Mega Blastoise act as a more efficient wallbreaker thanks to the additional coverage move, but doing so sacrifices Rapid Spin, which strays away from its main niche over other offensive Water-types.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Grass-types**: Grass-types such as Serperior, Ferrothorn, Mega Venusaur, and Amoonguss resist most of Blastoise's moves while threatening back with their respective STAB moves. Mega Venusaur in particular takes very little damage from all of Blastoise's attacks due to Thick Fat.

**Electric-types**: Though most Electric-types such as Thundurus, Mega Manectric, and Raikou cannot switch in safely due to Blastoise's coverage, they all threaten it with their Electric-type STAB moves. Raikou and Mega Manectric in particular can also take away momentum from Mega Blastoise with Volt Switch.

**Mega Altaria**: Mega Altaria only fears Ice Beam, resists every other move from Blastoise, and uses it as setup bait. It also can cure any burns from Scald with Heal Bell or Refresh.

**Bulky Pokemon**: Clefable and Chansey can stomach any hit Mega Blastoise has, restore lost HP with Soft-Boiled, and chip away at it with Moonblast and Seismic Toss, respectively. Clefable can also use Blastoise to set up Calm Mind freely.

**Water-types**: Azumarill is the biggest thorn in Mega Blastoise's side, as it resists every single coverage move that Mega Blastoise throws at it while threatening it with a Choice Band-boosted Play Rough and even using it to safely set up Belly Drum. However, it does not appreciate being burned by Scald. Manaphy is another issue, as Blastoise cannot hit it for super effective damage, while Manaphy can use it to set up Tail Glow and threaten it with Energy Ball.

**Water-Immune Pokemon**: Toxicroak and Gastrodon are both immune to Blastoise's Water-type STAB moves due to their respective abilities. Gastrodon can cripple Blastoise with Toxic, while Toxicroak resists most of its coverage moves and can use it as setup bait.

Hey there, I really like, what you have written! I'd like to see Wish support in the team option, because Blastoise is rather slow and has to take some hits. It is obviously used in balance or stallish teams so you should definitly write that. Blissey would be a really good partner in stall teams and Jirachi makes a good partner in balanced teams, with U-Turn support!

Here's my two cents:
  • When you mention Dragon Pulse in OO, make sure to mention its main niche over Ice Beam (stronger hit v.s. non-4x ice weak dragons bar lati@s and M-Alt (ZardX, Hydreigon, Tyrantrum, M-Amphy etc.).
  • When mentioning Latias as a partner, make sure to give a special mention to Healing Wish variants due to how easy it is to ware Blastoise down and its susceptibility to status. Its good synergy combined with this makes for it being on of Blastoise's better teammates.
  • Mention bulky Whimsi variants in C&C for the same reasons as M-Alt (resists all moves barring Ice Beam) but changing the point about setup to a point about Leech Seed, Stun Spore or something.

For the team option portions of both sets viable ground setters in the form of Lando-T, Garchomp, Hippowdon, Gliscor and others should be mentioned to provide it coverage against electrics. If mentioning Latias, mention Latios as well. Emphasize that it's going to be Tornadus-T that you want to pair it up with not Torn-I.

Foresight is way too gimmicky when you already have coverage to handle all the spinblockers in the tier anyways so no need for that.

Team options should include the majority of viable Psychic types in the tier which are big assets to Mega Blastoise especially for its All Out Attacker set, providing utility in breaking down stuff like Mega Venusaur. You have the Latis covered but include Alakazam, Reuniclus, Jirachi (as mentioned up above but in AoA as well), Victini just to name a handful.

QC 1/3 when you do that.

I'm sorry but why would you not use Mega Blastoise with Rapid Spin, Dark Pulse OHKOs every ghost so why else would you use Blastoise. Personally I don't think it even has a niche without Aegislash because Starmie has the speed Blastoise wants, however, if it does its to spin so I'd put dark pulse / aura sphere and give rapid spin its own spot on the first team.

[10/9/15, 1:02:15 AM] LOUKIANOS: i don’t really know the protocol on what warrants a new set but
[10/9/15, 1:02:31 AM] LOUKIANOS: my feeling is that u can just combine AOA and spin
[10/9/15, 1:03:04 AM] LOUKIANOS: and bulk > speed cuz he doesn’t make it into a great speed tier by running near max
[10/9/15, 1:03:11 AM] Rory Butler: neutral havent used aoa really but they seem to play fairly similarly aside from spinning
[10/9/15, 1:03:12 AM] LOUKIANOS: so i’d just list AOA evs in other options
[10/9/15, 1:03:27 AM] LOUKIANOS: cuz bulk eve are gonna be better most of the time
[10/9/15, 1:03:36 AM] LOUKIANOS: in partners i’d list wish tect b slam rachi
[10/9/15, 1:03:39 AM] CatDog: if they're drastically different in EVs / Moveset or they play very differently it's best to have two sets
[10/9/15, 1:03:43 AM] LOUKIANOS: cuz thats the best rachi partner
[10/9/15, 1:03:55 AM] LOUKIANOS: it slows shit down for you and keeps you healthy with wish
[10/9/15, 1:04:42 AM] Hootie: Yeah aoa is played much more aggressively than bulky spin
[10/9/15, 1:04:47 AM] LOUKIANOS: main advantage of m blastoise is it’s a spinner that does 75 to ferro on the switch
[10/9/15, 1:04:55 AM] LOUKIANOS: tbh i honestly wouldn’t use aoa
[10/9/15, 1:04:58 AM] LOUKIANOS: like
[10/9/15, 1:05:07 AM] LOUKIANOS: spin is the only reason to run your mega slot
[10/9/15, 1:05:28 AM] LOUKIANOS: you can get your aoa needs from manaphy or something else
[10/9/15, 1:05:35 AM] LOUKIANOS: with a lower opportunity cost
[10/9/15, 1:06:02 AM] LOUKIANOS: i would put aura sphere in the 1st slash on the spin set
[10/9/15, 1:06:23 AM] LOUKIANOS: because like i said the main advantage is he can spin and do 75 to the biggest spikes setter in the tier
[10/9/15, 1:06:27 AM] LOUKIANOS: and u need aura sphere to do that
[10/9/15, 1:06:51 AM] Hootie: Yeah definitely agree on that
[10/9/15, 1:06:51 AM] LOUKIANOS: ice beam only hits chomper and altaria
[10/9/15, 1:06:59 AM] LOUKIANOS: but chopper takes plenty from hpump
[10/9/15, 1:07:12 AM] LOUKIANOS: i concede altaria is important but ferro seems more important to me
[10/9/15, 1:07:13 AM] Kevin: wholly agree stathakis is a genius god bless 29 years of reign in blood mega blastoise is a total beast and it rules but dont use it without spin lol cause thats stupid!!!!!!!!!
[10/9/15, 1:07:16 AM] LOUKIANOS: given your main task is to spin
[10/9/15, 1:07:26 AM] Kevin: also use scald bc its broken and you ruin alt
[10/9/15, 1:07:44 AM] LOUKIANOS: use scald if your name is bkc and you can get burns
[10/9/15, 1:08:00 AM] LOUKIANOS: dragon pulse is literally useless take it out of other options
[10/9/15, 1:08:10 AM] Kevin: first vgc game ever vs nails: his milo goes 3/3 in burns
[10/9/15, 1:08:13 AM] LOUKIANOS: literally only hits kingdra
[10/9/15, 1:08:18 AM] LOUKIANOS: kevin u wanna know something gross
[10/9/15, 1:08:25 AM] LOUKIANOS: nails used discharge zapdos with cress today
[10/9/15, 1:08:34 AM] LOUKIANOS: and in 1 turn he para’d both opponents and left cress pristine
[10/9/15, 1:08:39 AM] Hootie: not sure why I had it in there, but ok
[10/9/15, 1:10:02 AM] LOUKIANOS: lets see
[10/9/15, 1:10:05 AM] LOUKIANOS: rest seems fine tbh
[10/9/15, 1:10:21 AM] LOUKIANOS: i’d give spikes ferro a shout
[10/9/15, 1:10:26 AM] LOUKIANOS: cuz it gets spikes vs elecs
[10/9/15, 1:10:32 AM] LOUKIANOS: switches in decently well to azu
[10/9/15, 1:10:39 AM] Rory Butler: yea i was gonna say that when i made my post
[10/9/15, 1:10:41 AM] LOUKIANOS: and like the main advantage of spinning is
[10/9/15, 1:10:45 AM] Rory Butler: spike stakcing
[10/9/15, 1:10:46 AM] LOUKIANOS: you get to keep your hazards
[10/9/15, 1:10:47 AM] LOUKIANOS: yeah
[10/9/15, 1:22:12 AM] LOUKIANOS: anyway
[10/9/15, 1:22:15 AM] LOUKIANOS: if im in QC
[10/9/15, 1:22:17 AM] LOUKIANOS: do i need to make posts
[10/9/15, 1:22:20 AM] LOUKIANOS: or can i just give critiques in Skype like this
[10/9/15, 1:22:29 AM] CatDog: you don't /need/ to but we'd prefer cuz

to appease mr. The Dragon "logs are ugly" Knight here is a TLDR in bullet form
  • combine AOA and spin and just make it spin, you need to spin
  • justification for spin being the only set is that blastoise is an extremely high opportunity cost pokémon and the AOA needs for a team are usually better fulfilled by manaphy or azumarill or a non-water. the main draw of mega blastoise is that it's a spinner that can deal heavy damage to ferrothorn on the switch
  • in that vein, slash aura sphere first, because hitting ferro is more important than hitting garchomp (takes a lot from hydro pump as it is) and altaria (doesn't set hazards).
  • bulk > speed cuz max speed gets you into an awkward speed tier that isn't very useful, put the AOA ev spread into other options
  • list wish / protect / body slam / iron head rachi as a partner, since wish keeps blastoise healthy and body slam slows down threats for blastoise to smack
  • list spikes ferro as another partner because it gets spikes on electric types that blastoise doesn't like, potentially helps heal blastoise with leech seed, and one of the main draws of blastoise is that you get to keep your hazards, so it's good to take advantage of that
  • take out dragon pulse from other options

QC 2/3 after you make those changes

Are you sure that Dragon Pulse needs to be removed altogether? Mega Blastoise with Dragon Pulse can actually act as a backup check to Charizard X since it can take a +1 Dragon Claw and OHKO back, so it's handy for teams that are somewhat weak to Dragon Dance variants. Mega Blastoise doesn't even get close to a OHKO with any of its other moves. It's more team specific than the other coverage moves, but given that Charizard X is one of the most dangerous sweepers in the metagame, I think it's at least worth keeping in Other Options.

EDIT: Well, technically Hydro Pump does get the KO after Stealth Rock, but that's not exactly something I'd rely on personally seeing as how Charizard X players are generally going to try to be pretty diligent about keeping Stealth Rock off the field. Plus you have to give up Scald for that.

ok

Moves
Mention that Hydro has a very high chance to 2hko 144+ sdef Mega Sab and I'd probably remove or emphasis that Water Pulse isnt that good because its damage output isn't even that impressive and 30% to burn is way better than 20% to confuse.
7e84abd489.png
I mean you're dealing ~5% more at max but I don't think it's worth it

Team Options

"appreciate Blastoise's ability to switch in on Weavile, Talonflame, and Heatran." specify talon as specially defensive because Blastoise is easily 2hkod by offensive variants
"while on stall teams Blissey makes a good partner" Blissey is pretty irrelevant, change to chansey + clef
Mega Altaria has its own mention in C&C but there aren't a lot of solid options to actually help deal with it here. I'd give a general mention of steel types here because Blastoise can help them out with Ground and Fire types and having something that can handle Alt is pretty much a necessity

Other Options

Despite what Stath said, I think Agent Gibbs' reasoning is enough to keep Dpulse in OO at the very least but emphasize that that's dpulses only use and is mediocre outside of that

C&C
Move Mega Altaria lower, it's a big threat but Blastoise does have options to scare it
"Mega Gyarados can also switch in safely and use Blastoise set up Dragon Dance." I don't like this one at all really, Mega Gyara dies to Aura Sphere, regular takes a lot from Dark Pulse and its really risky coming in on Scald
Give a general mention to bulky Pokemon, ie Clef, Chansey

Hydro Pump is an alternative for a more powerful Water-type STAB, as it most notably (keep this, it's an alternate option as opposed to a main one, can't just axe that info) has a good chance to 2HKO 144+ SpD EV Special Defense-boosting nature (eh, I think it's fine as is, and if you're going this route make it "Mega Sableye with 144 Special Defense EVs and a positive nature," you can't really go make these things adjectives) Mega Sableye. Dark Pulse has great coverage with Scald, hitting Pokemon such as Latios, Latias, Celebi, Starmie, and Slowbro, while also hitting Ghost-types that attempt to block Rapid Spin. Aura Sphere allows Blastoise to most notably hit Ferrothorn, as well as Mega Gyarados, Kyurem-B, and Keldeo. Ice Beam hits Breloom, Dragalge, and Mega Altaria, as well as hittingnd it hits (optional, but I kinda prefer the original for sentence variety)Serperior and Thundurus on the switch. Water Pulse is another option over Hydro Pump (over Scald, you mean?) for better accuracy and a confusion chance at the cost of power.

Maximum Special Attack EVs plus a Modest nature allows Mega Blastoise to hit as hard as possible, while 72 Speed EVs outspeedsand 72 Speed EVs allow Mega Blastoise to outspeed Adamant Crawdaunt and below. The rest of the EVs goes into HP to give it additional bulk. Rain Dish is preferred ability Blastoise has before it Mega ethe preferred ability for Blastoise before it Mega Evolves, as the boost from Torrent is useless.

Usage Tips
========

Against more offensive teams, try to use the appropriate move to predict any for predicted switch-ins. (add hyphen) For example, if the opponent has Water-resistant Pokemon (resist can't be used as a noun) (add hyphen) such as Latios or Celebi to switch in, then (remove these if they coordinate an "if", they're useless and colloquial) predict the switch by using use Dark Pulse on the predicted switch. If the opponent has a Ghost-type, use Dark Pulse, (AC) as they may try to predict Rapid Spin to block it. Make sure to not use Blastoise recklessly, (AC) as it has no recovery and is prone to being worn down by hazards and other residual damage such as poison and burn.

Team Options
========

This set best fits on teams looking for a Pokemon that can reliably break through some balance cores such as Ferrothorn + Heatran while providing Rapid Spin support. Azumarill and bulky Water-types tend to be an issue for this set, (AC) especially due to the former resisting every one of of Blastoise's moves, so Grass-types such as Serperior, Celebi, and Breloom pair well, (AC) and they also appreciate Blastoise's ability to switch in on Weavile, Talonflame, and Heatran. Celebi also can potentially pass a Nasty Plot boost to Mega Blastoise, enabling it to dismantle defensive teams with ease, as well as support Mega Blastoise with Thunder Wave, Stealth Rock, and Heal Bell. Tornadus-T is a great partner, (AC) as it threatens many Pokemon that give Mega Blastoise troubles such as Mega Venusaur, Serperior, and Breloom while Blastoise takes on Pokemon such as Jirachi or Skarmory that tend to give Tornadus issues such as Jirachi or and Skarmory. (same here; add a comma before "such as", but you can also keep it as is bc it's pretty much fine, assuming you change "or" to "and") Talonflame is also a decent partner for its ability to threaten Grass-types, though it is strongly recommended to pair both with a check to Electric-types such as Hippowdon, Assault Vest Raikou, and or Ferrothorn.

Heatran pairs well with Mega Blastoise, as it switches in on many Pokemon that give Blastoise trouble such as Ferrothorn, Mega Venusaur, Amoonguss, and Mega Altaria, while providing Stealth Rock to support Mega Blastoise's wallbreaking abilities. Due to Blastoise having no form of recovery, it is worn down very fast, (AC) so Wish support is very useful. On balance teams, Jirachi is a good partner, as it can even bring in Blastoise safely with U-turn, while, (AC) on stall teams, (AC) (don't add those commas, the "on stall teams" bit is essential) Chansey works well, as it is able to absorb any status ailment aimed at Mega Blastoise duethanks (thanks is positive and this is a positive statement) ("due to" is fine too because it works everywhere regardless of connotation, no need to make this change... you're right in that "Scizor struggles with Fire-types thanks to its 4x weakness to their STAB moves" would be a tad undesirable bc of "thanks to"'s positive connotation, but no need to go put in a "thanks to" where it isn't required) to Natural Cure. Mega Venusaur is an issue for this set, so Psychic-types such as Alakazam, Reuniclus, Victini, and Jirachi pair well. Jirachi is also able to bering Blastoise back to full HP with Healing Wish. Klefki is an interesting partner, as it slows down fast Pokemon with Thunder Wave and supports Mega Blastoise with Spikes, while Klefki appreciatesand it appreciates Mega (change "Klefki" to "it" and you're good, I think "while" works better here bc contrasting halfs of a pair) Blastoise's ability to switch in on and threaten Ground- and Fire-type Pokemon.

Other Options
=============

Mega Blastoise doesn't have too much as far as other moves it can run, but Roar and Dragon Tail are useful for phazing out the opponentfoe. Dragon Pulse gets the boost from Mega Launcher and targets Kingdra and Mega Charizard X. Rest plus Sleep Talk (either works) is another option to have Mega Blastoise act as a better check to Pokemon such as Keldeo and Talonflame. An All-Oall-out attacker attacking set with an EV spread of 24 HP / 252 SpA / 232 Spe is also an option to have Mega Blastoise act as a more efficient wallbreaker thanks to the additional coverage move, but doing so sacrifices Rapid Spin. (why is this bad? Something like "which is Blastoise's main / only niche over other offensive Water-types", idk)

Checks and Counters
===================

**Grass-types**: Grass-types such as Serperior, Ferrothorn, Mega Venusaur, and Amoonguss, resist most of Blastoise's moves while threatening backit in return ("back" works better imo) with their respective STAB moves. Mega Venusaur in particular takes very little damage from all of Blastoise's attacks due to Thick Fat.

**Electric-types**: Though most Electric-types such as Thundurus, Mega Manectric, and Raikou cannot switch in safely due to Blastoise's coverage, they all threaten it with their Electric STAB moves.

**Bulky Pokemon**: Clefable and Chansey can stomach any hit Mega Blastoise has, restore lost HP with Softb-Boiled, and chip away at it with Moonblast and Seismic Toss, (AC) respectively. Clefable can also use Blastoise to set up Calm Mind freely.

**Water-types**: Azumarill is the biggest thorn in Mega Blastoise's side, as it (no need to remove this, worth mentioning that it is its biggest counter + also makes the prose flow more nicely imo) resists every single coverage move that Mega Blastoise throws at it (RC) while threatening it with a Choice Band-boosted Play Rough and even using it to safely set up Belly Drum. However it, (AC) Azumarill (think "it" is fine too, up to Hootie though) does not appreciate being burned by Scald. Manaphy is another issue, as Blastoise cannot hit it for super-effective effective (remove hyphen) damage, while Manaphy can use it to set up Tail Glow and threaten with Energy Ball.

**Water Immunities**: Toxicroak and Gastrodon are both immune to Blastoise's Water-type STAB withmoves due to their respective abilities. Gastrodon can cripple Blastoise with Toxic, while Toxicroak resists most of its coverage moves and can use it as setup bait.
missed errors + some unnecessary changes rhythms but overall not half bad, hmu if you've got any questions :]

Dragon Pulse gets the boost from Mega Launcher and targets Kingdra and Mega Charizard X.
