Brawling and Stalling ^_^

Hey all, this is my current stall team that has had a lot of success, but Im bored with it and I though I'd post it!
Here it is:
tyranitar.png

Tyranitar (M) @ Choice Band
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 60 HP/252 Atk/196 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Crunch
- Pursuit
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
---
Standard CBtar, just so I dont get out stalled or in stall wars with cresselia and blissey. :] Oh and sand help a lot, both are the reason I put ttar on, just to speed up the battle, and to not get outstalled.

skarmory.png

Skarmory (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Keen Eye
EVs: 252 HP/16 Atk/240 Def
Impish nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Spikes
- Whirlwind
- Roost
- Brave Bird
---
This is here to roar and rack up damage as well as to set up spikes, makes a decent last resort counter to chomp and gyarados as well. ^_~, this also takes care of some stat uppers which would otherwise give me some problems.

cresselia.png

Cresselia (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
- Ice Beam
- Charge Beam
---
Ah cresselia, this set and pkemon causes switches a lot and can can stall to rock up toxic spikes damage, my main counter to dragons and gyarados. ;O, I put this over slowbro and celebi as it does an excelelnt job stalling and racking up passive damage.

gliscor.png

Gliscor (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Sand Veil
EVs: 252 HP/4 Atk/252 Def
Impish nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Stealth Rock
- Roost
- Earthquake
- Ice Fang
---
Sets up rocks for my team, as well as countering heracross who is looking for a guts bonus from tspikes, works really well at countering other dangerous threats as well. :>, this was put on as a sturdy stealth rocker that could take out gengars at weak health and contributes by walling tons of physical threats.

blissey.png

Blissey (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP/158 Def/100 SDef
Calm nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Thunder Wave
- Aromatherapy
- Ice Beam
- Softboiled
---
Covers key threats such as azelf, gengar, and heatran, and thunderwave is for those fliers and levatators who are immune to poison, namely gengar >_> and was put on because I was in a dire need of a reliable special wall.

forretress.png

Forretress (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP/4 Def/252 SDef
Relaxed nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Toxic Spikes
- Gyro Ball
- Reflect
- Rapid Spin
---
Forry spins away my opponents entry hazards, while setting up Tspikes, and gyro ball paxks quite a punch. ;D, I put this over other spinners as I find it last a long time, so it can set up spikes easily and keep on coming in to spin away.

This team has been doing extremly well, the only problem is bulky stat uppers, but ttar does decent against them, oh and crushking may be troublesome.

Nothing personal, but I think you're lacking in the individual description, buddy. If I were you, I would add more detailed sentences that describe each of your members of the party. For example, their influence on your overall strategy.

The OU metagame does not require Blissey to use a Calm nature, though it is a viable option. However, you must redestribute the EVs so she recieves 252 Defense EVs, as oppose to something else; preferably the Special Defense. I also feel that Blissey would benefit Forretress and Tyranitar extremely well with Wish over Aromatheraphy. If not, then consider Rest over Reflect for more stability and 'staying power', with reference to Forretress. Because of Aromatheraphy's status healing capabilities, then it's ideal to take advantage of the strategy as much as you possibly can. Otherwise you might as well replace it entirely. Alternatively, Calm Mind Blissey with Thunderbolt and Ice Beam for the attacking options would be very effective in a sense that opposing Suicune and Celebi cannot set-up and sweep you on their own. Additionally, it allows you to affect Heatran in general, other than just paralyzing it with Thunder Wave.

Pretty impressive team and more so with Taylor's adjustments. There's really not much to say, once all your spikes are set down your good to go. You may want to consider a ghost type to stop rapid spins, as that may throw a wrench in the whole spiking mechanics of this team. Spiritomb does this just pretty well with respectable defenses.

Otherwise, nothing. Moreover, I would hate to face this team.

I don't like the fact that Nasty Plot Infernape comes in freely on Cresselia and proceeds to KO every single member of your team. Toxic Spikes + Sandstorm will wear it down, but not before it takes a huge chunk of your defensive core allowing for other sweepers to capitalize. I suggest putting Thunder Wave somewhere on your Cresselia, which means that you probably have to forego Sleep Talk. I can't think of any other solution except exchanging it for a Vap as Gliscor can take SDChomp. I also don't like the fact that you have no revenge killer if you accidentally let a threat stat up so maybe even ScarfTar would serve you well.

Hope I helped ^_^

Standard Infernape outspeeds and OHKO's 5 members of your team whereas Cresselia is easily weakened/removed by Pursuit. Tentacruel could easily go over Forretress to relieve the 'Ape weak and I find he has a slightly easier time setting up Toxic Spikes. Unfortunatley, with no means of recovery and no sandstorm immunity, his bulkiness will go down the drain so you may need to resort to using a Restalk varient.

Personally I like to get a ghost into this sort of team in order to prevent the opponent from thwarting all my hard work, but 'Tar is almost as good. Starmie is still the most popular Spinner around and it's Pursuit bait for Tar but I'd feel a little more comfortable if Tyranitar had his bulkiness tuned up a little to help absorb those Surfs.

Calm Mind/Surf/Rest/Ice Beam Suicune can probably sweep this team straight off the bat too but the only real quick-fix for that is to run CMBliss as Taylor suggested.

I guess if Toxic Spikes is not layed on the field and Infernape comes in, then you will surely end up losing two to three Pokemon; though it depends on your prediction. Psychic can replace Charge Beam but then Gyarados opposition becomes a severe threat, so I wouldn't bother. Perhaps that Ghost-type addition may prove to be a beneficial alternative. I personally feel that Spiritomb is the perfect candidate (not that there were many to begin with). You can use this to your advantage when combating with Infernape that has initially been called upon earlier than your Toxic Spikes has.

Calm Mind varient seems like an excellant idea, because you will need some sort of win condition after your only heavy-hittng powerhouse took the fall in the replacement for Spiritomb. Rest + Sleep Talk with Calm Mind and Dark Pulse to be exact.

Infernape+Weavile/Tyranitar destroys this team. I also have no idea how you are going to handle opposing Skarmorys, as your best bet is Tyranitar, who let's face it, isn't exactly a Skarmory counter especially since if a Stone Edge misses, you lose.

Another issue I see is the obvious MixApe weakness. It OHKOs every poke except Cressy without even setting up, and then there is the Nasty Plot version, which OHKOs Gliscor after a NP with Flamethrower and easily 2HKOs Cressy with it as well.

Taylor, I thought Wish was banned from Blissey on Shoddy?
