The first thing I noticed about this team is a huge lack in breaking power. No boosting sweepers means the team relies purely on the raw power of Deoxys-Attack and Primal Groudon, two relatively easy Pokemon to counter. In particular, the only thing that threatens Chansey on this team is Primal Groudon, everything else simply fails to do noteworthy damage given that Deoxys is not carrying Superpower for some reason. With Groudon being the only thing that required countering after picking Chansey, I added Arceus-Ground to fill the role but also provide additional support in the form of Defog, which makes Tentacruel's Toxic Spikes much less threatening. It is also worth noting that because Arceus-Ground can check Diancie as well, it takes some pressure off Chansey and allows the latter to save Soft-Boiled PP in the long run. Chansey in turn makes Diancie and Tentacruel's status much less threatening with Heal Bell support, allowing Arceus to further threaten these Pokemon. This core does not win as quickly as the other ones, but it is practically impossible for the given team to break through this.

Alright Arii Stella was nice enough to pass me this fun HO team! Here we go:

Hyper Offense teams are usually straight-forward and this is no different. The aim is to weaken bulkier threats enough with the help of entry hazards and setup pressures that can exert immense stress onto defensive backbones. Deoxys-S is the dedicated suicide lead for the team. After laying down entry hazards Lunala is usually the next appearance. Using Z Hypnosis + Calm Mind it tries to weakness defensive threats as much as possible to support a teammate's sweep. Dual Dance Primal Groudon is a very strong wall breaker and works together with DD Taunt Mega Gyarados and Arceus to break through the opposing team. Mega Gyarados is mainly here to improve stall matchups as it is really good at breaking through bulkier teams while Chople Berry Arceus can lure in Marshadow and OHKO it with Shadow Claw. It's also carrying Substitute to lure in checks such as Celesteela and Zygarde. Finall, Geomancy Xerneas can act as another late-game cleaner and is arguably the best setup sweeper in the metagame at the moment. Overall, this team is pretty fun and easy to use; do try it out!

Another stall core seems to do the trick here:

This team definitely has a lot of breaking power but it's largely dependant on setup, in addition lack of a Steel / Poison type or any kind of recovery means Toxic spam is very effective, especially if the team's offensive momentum can be shut down. Iron Defense Skarmory is a cool tech in that respect, it ensures that boosting physical sweepers will not break it save extreme hax even in a last mon scenario (where Whirlwind would not be effective). Of course Skarmory is useless against most special attackers which is where Confide Chansey comes in, again following the same premise of making the opponent's boosts count for nil and hard-stopping every Special Attacker on the above team. The combined issue these two face is Mega Gyarados, however Arceus-Fairy is an extremely solid check and also clears away Deoxys-Speed's hazards to prevent the other two from taking too much chip damage. Arceus-Fairy also leads well against this team, effectively limiting it to 2 layers of hazards by 2hkoing Deoxys-Speed with Judgment, and even if those two layers go down they can immediately be Defogged away (alternatively if they Taunt one of the turns they only get 1 layer of hazards, much less threatening and still removable at a later point in the match). RNG is of course an issue for this core, a well-timed flinch from Gyarados's Waterfall can basically make the game unwinnable, but aside from that this core should hold strong against most things the team can throw at it and wear it down with Toxic and Rocky Helmet damage.

it has not been easy to choose a core to be able to stop the great equipment that is shown. There is not much to explain, Marsh has a good match above all, being able to eliminate Deoxys / Lunala even to Gyarados-mega +1 with CC. Lucario is in charge of Xerneas being answer also if Gyarados is with mega. Also applies Arceus for both although it takes Chople. Fairy Ceus with SR and Toxic to get damage / better fit the movements and give support. Plus it's another answer to your mega.

Marshadow @ Marshadium Z
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Spectral Thief
- Close Combat
- Shadow Sneak
- Bulk Up

Lucario @ Lucarionite
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Close Combat
- Bullet Punch
- Iron Tail

I only need thse 2 Pokemon to win agaisn't this team, Marshadow KO everything, except xerneas and Arceus, this is interesting because Z Bulk Up Marshadow KO Everything, Lucario Mega in case Xerneas / Arceus keep alive, an SD after SR can be devastating, its enough power to KO this team, gl.

Sableye-Mega @ Sablenite
Ability: Magic Bounce
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spe
Bold Nature
- Fake Out
- Foul Play
- Will-O-Wisp
- Recover

Muk-Alola @ Assault Vest
Ability: Poison Touch
EVs: 252 HP / 80 Atk / 176 SpD
Brave Nature
- Shadow Sneak
- Clear Smog
- Pursuit
- Knock Off

Groudon-Primal @ Red Orb
Ability: Desolate Land
EVs: 188 HP / 252 SpD / 68 Spe
Careful Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Precipice Blades
- Toxic
- Roar

Mega Sableye can bounce back Hypnosis' from Lunala and hazards from Deoxys-Speed if predicted right (skill swap), also being the primary check to Arceus-Normal and semi-reliable check to mega Gyara and Pdon (93.4% chance to 2HKO ,_,) Alolan-Muk is mostly there for Lunala if it gets too out of hand, as well as being a Xern check if Pdon is low. Pdon can check probably check Mega-gyara the best, as well as being a Xern check, aslo phazing out Lunala or crippling them with Toxic.

Core 3 and Core 2 are sort of the same thing but I'll go with 3. I personally think establishing a core as 3 mons is a bit much especially with projects like these, regardless of your take on how you identify a core or if you even believe in the concept of cores. Core 3 also has the preferred sets too me personally to tackle these sort of offenses from what I've seen and used.
