It is possible that you used Ice Beam against your fainted Mega Rayquaza. You might have misclicked.http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/vgc2016-337783104
Why did Ice Beam fail? This happended to me in a couple of situations where Kyogre-Primal targeted in a 1 vs 2 one of the opposing Pokémon, seems really weird to me...
Ghosts are immune to trapping abilities such as Arena Trap in Gen 6.In LC, when Diglett was out, it Arena trapped Chinchou but not Pumpkaboo-Large http://prntscr.com/aa21v0 (Pumpkaboo didn't get Arena Trapped) | http://prntscr.com/aa21au (Chinchou gets Arena Trapped)

I was "Yoloboy321" in the replay and I dont think my opponent missclicked because I had the same issue in a 1 vs 1 with kyogre-primal (still doubles battle) and I wasnt able to target an other Pokémon and Ice Beam still failed somehow. I will add a replay...In LC, when Diglett was out, it Arena trapped Chinchou but not Pumpkaboo-Large http://prntscr.com/aa21v0 (Pumpkaboo didn't get Arena Trapped) | http://prntscr.com/aa21au (Chinchou gets Arena Trapped)

Did you use WhirlwindIn random battles, my 196 speed Drapion was outsped by a 194 speed Manaphy.
I have the replay, but they are disabled right now so I can't actually link it.
Here is a screenshot of the Drapion being fainted. http://prnt.sc/aairgz
If you want the replay message me, or I can edit my post
"I will soon test this in the actual games ORAS and XY." - This should have been your first step since it would have saved you a lot of trouble and effort; your findings are completely accurate to the games.Hey, so i probably have another bug with mega evolution mechanic. The main thread already kinda mentions it, but its not complete. The topic is how mega evolution connects with Sableye from Prankster to Magic Bounce. I have a full documentation in a Word-script. I hope i am allowed to post links. Here is my documentation.

It's not a bug. Sableye technically loses Prankster and gains Magic Bounce the moment it Mega Evolves, but this case is special because the turn order is decided before the turn begins. So because Sableye had a Prankster boost before the turn began, it still moved first even after Mega Evolution, because Mega Evolution doesn't happen until after the turn begins.Hey, so i probably have another bug with mega evolution mechanic. Smogon says that is viable. If you have an issue, take it up with the relevant forum, not with Pokemon Showdown.Pretty sure Battle Factory is supposed to have viable sets.
That's not a bug, it's exactly as it says. It gives you that message if the Pokemon can't learn the move (in this case Fake Out) with another move on the set. Just take another look at the set and use the /learn command to figure out which move is making it get rejected.
Don't understand why my Mr. Mime can't use Fake Out in double battles?
Did you use Dragon Tail?can someone look into my replay? scrafty (137 speed) outsped giratina (174 speed). no webs, no scarves, no dragon dance. he just outsped and i cant figure out why.

The item is still there, if you see when Rayquaza use Dragon Ascent, it shows "Rayquaza is hurt by the opposing Yveltal's Rocky Helmet!" And I'm not sure if this is a bug or not. When Deoxys used Knock off, it was KO'd in return because of the Rocky Helmet. When the Pokemon that use Knock Off is KO'd because of the item the opponent holds (specifically Rocky Helmet), the item stays.Slight visual bug showing Yvetal still had the item after it was Knocked off turn 2:

The other Yvetal had Leftovers. Didn't lose anygame because of that but it's a visual bug.
As Sondero said when a Pokemon using Knock Off dies from the helmet damage the helmet stays. Can confirm that this is how it is supposed to work.Slight visual bug showing Yvetal still had the item after it was Knocked off turn 2:
