bug report
Blissey can use Seismic Toss in Gen7 OU ranking, while she got no pokemon can transfer this skill to her through hatch yet.
(That is her egg move, but currently there is no gen7 pokemon in game can give her this skill, only bank)

samething happened to
Dragonair's Extreme speed
and
Hydreigon's Earth Power

So, I was directed here to report a bug with the showdown damage calculator: https://pokemonshowdown.com/damagecalc/

Fluffy does not properly work. This is easy to test by putting a mob with Fluffy as ability and a mob with a contact ability, then changing the moves and noticing the damage does not change. The same happens with fire moves.

Fluffy reduces the damage from contact moves by half, but increases damage by fire moves by 100%. Contact fire moves will deal normal damage.

Oddly however, certain moves - like Flame Charge, do infact have different calculations for Fluffy. But... in weird ways. Flame Charge is a contact fire move, so it should do normal damage. But Fluffy currently causes Flame Charge to calc at 100% additional damage. But it doesn't do this for all fire moves. With the same moveset, Fire Blast does not change when you edit the ability.

So Fluffy seems to be broken in how it's implemented somehow. No contact move is halved in damage, and -some- fire moves are given a 100% boost, even when they should not (when they're contact).

This is still an issue, btw. Not sure if it got overlooked, or what. xD I've switched to the Nugget Bridge damage calc for now.

----

Also, not sure if it's been fixed since I last built a team (a couple days ago), but Hidden Power types still force you into a "highest possible IV" numbers, (AKA making your sets imperfect with 30s) even though Hyper Training exists now.

When validating Hypnosis Mega-Gengar, it repeats that it is illegal about a trillion times:

but only larger..

The combiantion of Gengarite and a sleep-inducing move (such as Hypnosis) as been banned two days ago. You can visit and read the posts from this thread for more detailed reasoning about why the ban was put into place.

in the Gen 7 pre bank mode Battle spot doubles and possibly in other pre bank modes aswell, Drifloon and drifblum can have the move Tailwind (wich is an egg move for them) but there is no way to obtain a pokemon with their egg move before the pokebank comes out. as it is tutored on castform or another drifloon to obtain it in ORAS. with no other pokemon in their egg group that can learn the move. (castform does not have it as eggmove being the only one that shares the Amorf egggroup)

If Togedemaru has Iron Barbs selected as its Ability and you try to type in Lightningrod, the Teambuilder says 'Illegal.'
For background, this is in VGC 17, and it only seems to happen when Iron Barbs is currently set as the Ability. If Lightningrod is chosen, then the Teambuilder seems to accept it.

One of Togedemaru's standard Abilities is Lighningrod.

Mimikyu disguise and residual damage

When Mimikyu's disguise is broken, it loses 0 hp... however if a recoil move is used, the attacking pokemon loses the equivalent of substitute hp

When ditto impostors a pokémon, when you hover over his stats, it still shows his own stats with the opposing pokémon's boost, when (i think) it should show the opponent's stats + their boosts.

I know most of you wont beleive me because i dont have proof, but I swear that what I'm about to say actually happenned. I had a Nihilego in against a Necrozma, and my Nihilego was not speed invested so he outsped and killed it with earthquake, my only remaining pokemon was toxapex so I put it in and went for recover and he did shadow claw. He outsped and I lived the hit. Next turn I recovered and somehow outsped him. next turn he outsped me. this is definitely a bug because (you probabably wont beleive me again) this happenned to me in another time tith toxapexs recover and there was no possible explanation for this.

This is more like a visual bug, but sometimes the site shows silvally with the wrong type, i had a dragonite and saw a normal type silvally, but his multi attack was super effective, after rematching that guy, i saw the silvally with the ice type, fix it beacuse i tought that the guy was hacking

For some reason, when using forms of Vivillon besides the default, the sprite appears as a box. Also, all Sawsbuck forms other than it's Spring Form show up as the older, BW/BW2 sprites and not the current versions. I'm sorry I don't have any pictures to back this up, but my friend has said he also had the problem.

In gen 7 pokébank double uber, If Extreme Evolboost is used, the move will not execute. It will say waiting for the opponent even though the opponent has already made a move. It's unknown if this happens in other gen 7 formats or other Z moves.

Also, is it a glitch that using Extreme Evolboost requires are target?

Apologizes if someone has reported this already but emergency exit still activates even if Golisopod's hp is brought back to above half. This also caused the ability to trigger again in another turn.

Yeah I saw that a little while ago. I could have sworn its other forms used their 6th gen models before though? Weird :/
