AT A GLANCE:

BREAKDOWN:
-8 turn reflect & Light screen to prevent stall breaking
-2 phazers
-Perish Song
-Wish support
-Toxic Spikes, Spikes, and Stealth Rocks for entry hazards
-7 immunities, 31 resistances
-Toxic Spike Absorber
-Winning ratio of 56:8; Significant amount of testing done
This is a regular stall Team, only it uses an early reflect and Light screen to improve its efficiency at setting up, and defending against the hard-hitting Metagame. If Celebi get's tricked, the game plan is to play like any other stall team would without screens; I am by no means defeated, these are bulky pokemon after all. All Strategy-Changing damage calculations are highlighted under the effects of light-screen and reflect. Enjoy.
The Synergy:

I wanted to make a stall team that didn't really struggle to get its entry hazards up. What better security than some screen supports? I figured if i got them up as soon as possible laying SR on the first turn of the battle wasn't really necessary. I chose Celebi Because it's moveset fits nicely on the stall team, It's hard to kill so it can come in more then once. Especially with wish support, and if you switch in on the 8th turn when the screens are up for their last turn, just to put em' up again. Also Celebi works fine against most leads anways, if its Azelf, I switch to Blisey/Rotom to prevent Explosion. If its Infernape, I switch to Swampert, and get some rocks of my own up.
Celebi is Ev'd to outspeed Adament Lucario, the rest of its Ev's are placed into HP and Def for bulk. Perish Song beats baton chains and the last remaining pokemon should it be a Sleep/Talker. It's current defenses allow it to have a chance at surviving 2 Crunches from Adament Lucario. This particular set works great against Breloom too. Rotom-H Absorbs status Celebi puts up a reflect, if it already isn't in play, and all of a sudden Breloom is setup fodder for Skarmory, if i don't want to Perish it away.

Specially Defensive Skarmory has WAY more synergy than it's other movesets do with MY Celebi. Behind Both screens it cannot be touched at all, and the things it can setup on is ridiculous. It plays the same role as other Skarmory's do, only its not limited to just the physical side anymore.
I've provided Some calculations that show how absurd it's defenses are behind screens:
DD Salamence Fireblast: 37-44%
DD Salamence +1 Outrage: 19-23%
Mixmence Draco Meteor: 21-25%
Rest/Talk Rotom Discharge: 27-32%
Rest/Talk Rotom Thunderbolt: 27-32%
Rapid Spin Starmie Thunderbolt: 20-25%
Choice Scarf Magnezone Thunderbolt: 46-55% * Leftovers> Shed Shell
Subseed Abomasnow Blizzard: 23-27%
Offensive CM Celebi +1 HP fire: 37-44%
Offensive CM Suicune +1 Surf: 35-41%
Subseed Breloom Focus Punch: 28-33%
Lucario +2 Close Combat: 51-60%
So assuming All my entry Hazards are up, it's clear to see that the opponent is going to have his hand full trying to stop Skarmory from using Whirlwind over, and over again.

What's stall without Swampert? This time around though, he's not Breloom Bait. A seed Bomb can only muster 66% maximum on Swampert behind reflect, so the only thing Swampert will be running from is Celebi, Roserade, and Shaymin, and the move TOXIC (Tentacruel support FTW). With some wish support he's a real bitch even if he's posioned, and he'll go to town Roaring the team away, then switching back for some Blissey juice.
A life orb Heatran can only muster 65% with Hp Grass. Although seed bomb and hp grass are still 2hko's Swampert can OHKO back so if stall ever came down to these 2 pokes, Swampert win's! It's little details like this that allow this team to win a lot. Here's some damage calculations:
Infernape Grass knot: 53-62%
Machamp Dynamic Punch: 17-21%
MixMence Draco Meteor: 36-42% (A OHKO is now a 4hko)
Gengar LO Shadowball: 23-28%
Lucario +2 Close Combat: 48-56%
Jolteon LO HP Grass: 49-58%
Mamoswine LO Earthquake: 47-55%
T-Tar CB crunch: 42-50%
CM Jirachi +6 Psychic: 57-67%

Blissey Really starts to get her use after I've got my hazards in play. She's far more reliable at taking blows with screens, but in no shape or from does she rely on them. Toxic is really only there for things that can heal, and the final pokemon, since I will no longer be able to phaze it. Oh and BTW, Lucario, Machamp & Infernape cannot OHKO blissey anymore unless they boost. But once again thats only in a worse case scenario.
CB Scizor Superpower: 65-77% (can never be Ko'd if you Wish on that turn)
Jirachi CS Ironhead: 17-20%
DD Salamence LO Outrage: 39-46%
Specs Heatran Flashfire Fire Blast: 22-26%

My spin blocker, and defensive Tank. Also plays the annoying role of being that Pokemon that 'just wont go away!'. He's the first guy on the scene if i need to absorb some status. It doesn't really need screens at all to fulfill its role, but if they are in play he does benefit a lot. The biggest bonus is that he can now switch in to Starmie all day long, without fear of Hydro Pump, to prevent Rapid Spin. It also helps against any sweeper that doesn't resist T-bolt; Most of them. I've Considered Discharge over T-bolt, But I like the added damage and haven't really been in a situation where I regretted it.
Gengar LO Shadowball: 47-56%
Lucario LO +2 Crunch: 50-64%
Starmie Spec's Hydro Pump: 33-40%

It's nice to have a stall team that isn't weak to Infernape, can get rid of entry hazards, and contribute some of his own. Tentacruel obviously does all of these things well. I find opponents really like to take advantage of it's EQ weakness, so Skarmory pairs up with him well. Knock off is to prevent any form of recovery for the common incoming pokemon known as Rotom-A and Latias, who will be harder for this team to wear away at since I don't have a T-Tar at my disposal. I also knock-off plenty of Life Orb's which is usually a good thing (but can also have its disadvantages at times). I really like when i knock-off incoming Breloom Toxic Orbs. Liquid Ooze comes in handy for Celebi's, Brelooms and Abomasnows-and anything else that likes to Cower behind a sub and spam leech seed. Because Ultimately, I want stall on my side of the court not theirs :P
If I know a trick is coming I usually put it on Tentacruel. He operates fine with it and it doesnt REALLY impact my team. Also, he has enough speed that it might actually do him some good if he needs to revenge kill something.
Heatran LO Earth Power: 35-41%
Gyarados LO Earthquake: 55-65%
Bulky Gyarados EQ: 37-43%
Rotom-A Thunderbolt: 30-35%
*I will be posting a link with some videos of the team in action shortly in an edit, I Just wanted to get it up for now. I figure it will be a good tool to demonstrate my battle strategy with this team, to help people rate it better.*
