Hey guys,
I'm going to preface this post with the fact that I haven't been a serious Pokemon player since gen 6 ORAS. But I opened the OU viability rankings and saw a ton of interesting Pokemon. My general play style is balance but I saw a ton of opportunity for a killer bulky offense team.
Here's The team:

Rotom-Mow @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Thunderbolt
- Leaf Storm
- Volt Switch
- Trick
I had to start with one of my favorite Pokemon. Rotom-Mow(Mowtom) is one of the best grass types due to its amazing Electric sub-typing. This type combination makes it immune and powder moves and T-wave, making it able to retain the speed with its choice scarf. In addition to that there are plenty of ground types that see tons of play such as Hippowdon, Gastrodon, Seismitoad, etc. that Leaf Storm can make quick work of. Not to mention Corviknight being one of the best Pokemon in the tier with its lightning weakness. Rotom also has great team support with Levitate giving it a ground immunity. Now Mowtom Can create some 50/50's where I'm staring down a Ground type and I can go for Volt Switch or Leaf Storm, and sometimes the best mid-ground play is to just Trick the choice scarf on to the switch-in because there are a lot of instances where Mowtom is highly effective w/o its Scarf due to the low speed of what its designed to deal with. As for the spread I'm just maxing out what it does best with 252/252 Spe and SpA. The 0 IV Atk is for any Foul Play.

Incineroar @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP / 196 SpD / 60 Spe
Careful Nature
- Knock Off
- Flare Blitz
- Parting Shot
- Taunt
Now as awesome as Mowtom is, there are some Pokemon that my set does not cover; namely Aegislash, Ferrothorn, and Dragapult. Enter Incineroar. This is the Swiss Army Knife of bulky fire types. It has an awesome ability in Intimidate that needs no explanation, it has STAB Knock Off that again requires no explanation, it has Taunt to slow down would be sweepers, and Parting Shot as an incredible pivot around would be switch-ins. Now the most important thing to mention about the spread is that the 60 Spe EVs allow it to out speed a 0 investment Corvikight and Taunt it before it sets up. The rest are just put in to bulk to maximize its utility.

Seismitoad @ Leftovers
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Stealth Rock
- Toxic
- Earth Power
- Scald
Now to complete my fire/water/grass core I had to add Seismitoad, which has never been in a better place in an OU meta game. This team so far has no answers to Dracovish, so Seismitoad with Water Absorb fills a much needed role as well as being my rocker. In addition Scald is just one of the best moves in the game and has been since its introduction. This Toad can also check popular Pokemon like Excadrill, Tyranitar, and Bisharp. This spread just 252/252 HP and Defense, with the 0 Atk again for Foul Play.

Clefable @ Leftovers
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Moonblast
- Wish
- Protect
- Fire Blast/Heal Bell
Every team needs a good fairy type; so why not use the best one available? And miss me with that Togekiss trash, because Clefable is 100% where it's at. I mean with Magic Guard to prevent any residual damage and hazards its really a no-brainer that Clefable takes on the cleric role with Wish/Protect or even Heal Bell which is not what I'm currently running in favor of Fire Blast for Ferrothorn/Durrant/Ecadrill switch-ins. Wish has always been one of my favorite moves to support pokemon that lack good recovery on their own such as the previous three members on this team. The spread is again a pretty standard 252/252 Spread in HP and Def with the 0 Atk for Foul Play.

Excadrill @ Life Orb
Ability: Sand Rush
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Rapid Spin
- Earthquake
- Iron Head
- Rock Slide
Now For some hard hitting offense I added Excadrill, for the simple fact that sand is so popular right now that I can take advantage of free sand. Also Excadrill is such a hard hitting Pokemon w/o the sand its hard to resist. It also adds a fairly reliable Rapid Spin user, and with the buff to the move its average speed tier can be come a non-issue. But for the most part the meta game is slow enough for the speed to not be much an issue. Honestly what else is there to say about Excadrill other than the spread is an easy 252/252 spread in Atk and Spe.

Dragapult @ Assault Vest
Ability: Infiltrator
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Draco Meteor
- U-turn
- Fire Blast
- Shadow Ball
The final slot on this team has to go to one of the fastest Pokemon in the tier, Dragapult. This pseudo-legendary adds a super fast hard hitting dragon type that rounds out a Dragon/Steel/Fairy core with Clefable and Excadrill. In addition to Volt/Turn core with Mowtom and Incineroar. I'm running an Assault Vest on this set for the ability to take weaker hits from walls like Seismitoad, this allows it to switch more regularly. Its also nice to be able to switch moves even at the cost of not Having the raw damage of a Choice Specs set. As for the spread its more of the same with a 252/252 SpA and Spe.
To close this RMT I'd like to mention the biggest problem that Zeraora tears through most of this team, the only answer is Seismitoad which is iffy because they can run Grass Knot. But other than that the team has been really fun and effective. That being said I'm always open to any suggestions that you guys have. Also I'm sorry if any of the art on this post has been miss-credited, I did my best to find the original artists.
