my opponent Celdanami and i scheduled for 7pm gmt+3 today, it's 7:16pm and i've been here the whole time waiting so suffice to say he missed time. he did not communicate any delay so i'm claiming actwin

a fairy , some irl shit happened, hence why arrived 2 hours late, but it was not intencional and i'am willing to play 100%. Also, the deadline it is not over yet and the opponent said they where going to be available this weekend afternon/evening. I accepted an reschedule request from the opp asswell, i guess i was too nice idk. So is it possible to do anything in this situation ? or you just going to accept the act ? i already contacted the opp to see if they accept a reschedule to tomorrow but i'am assuming that they will not accept.
