Schedule via Smogon VMs. It's easier for us to make decisions for activity calls when we can actually see what went down with scheduling.
If you are unable to schedule with your opponent, please let your managers know ASAP so they can communicate that to us or the other team's managers for a potential substitute.
Substitutions may be made after a week as started. When making a substitution, please tag myself, the managers of the opposing team, and all of the players affected by the substitute to ensure that everyone is made aware. Players who have already played in the week or were subbed out in the same week cannot be subbed back in.
If a match remains incomplete by the time of the deadline, it will be subject to an activity call.
Post replays. Not only are they useful for confirming wins, they contribute to usage stats and allow the people who couldn't watch the games live to watch them later. They're also required.

Still bitter about the end of the experience, but there were some very positive feelings I want to share.

Though first, let me rant for a moment about a problem that I think this website faces: there is a huge amount of team tours with custom avatars which people spam. There is just no identity nor any sense of community to these tournaments. I signed up to manage because I wanted to interact with players and explore some of the metagames more, but I didn't really get any of that. I don't blame the players because one, we're (almost) all adults, two, this is the nature of these tournaments in the modern day it seems. This is probably something to address on a separate thread.

Now, onto the flowery and positive stuff. I just wanted to shoutout some of my favorite people in this team.

ReshiRampage I feel that I've seen you improve a lot in such little time throughout this tour. You have branched out to using other teams you aren't accostumed to and your play feels more polished. Your game vs Xurkiyee was a thing of beauty and one you should be proud of. You still have a ways to go, but I'm just so happy about your performance. Boast that 5-2; you earned it.

Just Fabbio If there is one thing that I love is when I see someone earnestly put effort into their craft and for that to pay off. I think you were the only one in his format that was actually trying to push the envelope and attempt new stuff. That week you brought Crobat against the best UUer in the pool and managed to win because of it... amazing stuff, simply amazing. I hope I see you in more tournaments.

Alkione My life saver and probably the best low tier support we had. Dude supported us across three different tiers. I don't care about 3-3: you managed to win some weeks for us and also provide a lot of needed help when you were most needed. Truly a beast.

July Thanks for reaching out to me. Didn't know you before this tournament. It was pretty fun managing with you. If we ever share a team again, you have to buy a better mic for the auction though!!!!!!!!!!!!!
