Weather is just too central to this metagame, it's unhealthy. If you choose to make a team without Ninetales, Politoed, Tyranitar, or Hippowdon (lolbomasnow), you are already at a great disadvantage because your opponent's sweepers get power, speed, and/or accuracy boosts. Weather's too much this gen, so it would be best to explore a metagame sans weather. Momentum is a cool concept and I want to see it in the future, but fixing the weather-dominated metagame is more important.
