Transformisjust silly. It's not even worth allowing because it wouldn't help CAP10 with anything.

these moves are perfect for a utility counter. Heart swap is great to ruin those pesky pokes that almost always run stat-boosting sets. Transform is also good for pokes that carry their own weakness, and Krillowatt might not be able to learn that type, such as dragon types.
