As epic as Mos' Submission is, I just realized something. It doesn't quite look like a pokemon to me. Sure, it's great, and fits the concept perfectly, but I feel that it would be better as an anime character for something else. Noobiess, however, created a design that's cute, matches the typing, and is very original. So, he gets my top vote.

Also, Dusk, What happened to my entry? Were there just so many that you kept mine off the poll to make room? Because I don't think I broke any rules.

I think these are the ones I would be happy to see winning. DougJustDougs Weeping Willow is just the better option, in my opinion.

As much as I adore Mos-Quitoxe's design, I don't think it can possibly breed with anything at all, much less with Smeargle.
Out of my many favorites here, I guess only these two qualify as Land Egg-Group while brilliantly fitting the stat spread.
...That is, IF Sketch is supposed to be passed via egg move. I'm not very clear on that.
 
...Adobe Flash, you are a jerk for exporting my picture with a transparency when I actually put a non-transparent background in the scene. Bloody venomous fuck.
